This is a perfect trail to come with friends, especially in the afternoon after the days heat. There are three options of difficulty: you can take the trail by the river that goes around the mount, which is mostly flat. Then, once you get to the fork on the mount, you can choose to go to the right and take the longer but less steep and to the left the steepest. If you're coming close to sunset bring a flashlight. No water up there so bring water. Please pick up after your dog and respect the trail. Leave the lizards alone. We have seen coyotes, rabbits, bobcats, owls, and plenty of birds that nest on the rocks, so please leave them alone. Stay on the trail and take your trash with you.
