Quick turnaround on info and orders but tried to rip me off. I thought I'd try the repair service and they got back to me the next day to show me a photo of my phone's motherboard to explain why this might be a poor investment: good. They offered to order me the same model of phone for approximately the same cost as the repair service: good, though one reason this was so, was my phone was an older, non flagship model already at that price point. When I received and paid for the phone, I found that they'd charged me the price for, and listed on the receipt, the model I was replacing, but had given me the stepdown model: bad. Upon returning the next day with this information they gave me two options, either pay an upcharge to order the model I'd paid them for (and that they'd told me they'd sold me), or they'd make an exception on their "no returns" policy: mediocre at best. When I asked for more information, the technician wouldn't speak with me or show his face, telling the clerk to tell me both that the model I was replacing wasn't available anywhere to order (a lie: I did my own research) and that the step-up model to the one they'd sold me under false pretenses was available for an upcharge (scammy, since that's the same item they said wasn't available): unbelievably dishonest. I was at least given the option to make the return, which I did, and which is why I gave the business two stars...

My second time going there I got to see what happens when the issue is a little more complex and I was quite unhappy. There were no questions about how my phone was broken, just said they could fix it (prior to a diagnostic test). After inquiring they said they don't do a diagnostic test until after the parts arrive. They don't seem to keep track of when parts are arriving b/c at one point when I called to check on the status of my phone I was told "there are some boxes here, your part might be in one". I had to continually call and check on the status because no one seemed to ever have an answer. They seemed to use a very slow shipment method for parts, which kept my phone there a week. In the end it was fixed and I'm thankful, but the lack of communication and professionalism, and the time it took, have encouraged me to look into sending it off through my carrier if there's...

I brought my iPhone 6 s to get the charging port replaced and I was convinced that’s what needed to be done even after the woman working there suggested it only needed to be cleaned. I left it with here and called back about forty min later and had it charging for me. She only had to clean out the port. She could have done the replacement anyway and took the larger bill but I was impressed that when the opportunity arose, they acted with integrity. I’m gonna see about getting my battery replaced today and will update accordingly.
Edit: today I had Drew install the battery I had ordered on iphone x with that I thought was a broken screen. Again, they could have not said anything and fix the replacement charging me much more but instead they were honest and let me know my screen was fine .what I was seeing was just the screen protector. They did the installation quickly and I left once again...
