This is truly UNBELIEVABLE!

Sept 2nd, 2020...

A group of 10 us planned to meet here to celebrate a friends B day.

We got there at 425pm and put our name in. We were told that it may be 20-30 minutes. The young man at the door was awesome. We checked in with him every 20-30 minutes and after an hour we went inside to see if we could get drinks. They said no. We walked across the street and got some beer. The b day boy opened his gifts in the parking lot as a few of us had beer. After 1 1/2 hrs of waiting and seeing countless people come and go, we told them we would just get our food to go. They said they dont do "to-go". After "2 HOURS" they said they could seat 4 of us. We were starving so our plan was to take the seat and order for everyone. As 4 of us went in, one in our group was finishing his beer. A waitress who was seen coming out every 20 minutes to vape, confronted him. She told him that he wasn't allowed to drink outside. He said he would rather be inside but had been waiting 2 hours. She got angry and said the Owner said to refuse your business. The waitress was about 40 yrs old, 80 lbs with tattoos. She looks like a recovering meth addict. Her facial features appear as though hell smacked her in the face. A few of us went inside and sat down. There was PLENTY of seating to accommodate the 10 people in our group! We ordered food and waited. After about 15 minutes we were told that they refused to serve ANY of us!

At no point were we rude, mouthy or loud. With the exception of the meth addict, they were all nice.

No one in our group will be back. This is the 3rd issue I've experienced here, there...

Been going here for years, but that ended with this one. Went to meet a friend who arrived earlier than we did and had already put our names on the waiting list. Ya we're aware Taco night is a busy time, that's why one of our party was there well before 5pm. Now onto the visit. We proceeded through the bar to the back patio to find our friend.. We were met by a young male staff member who snapped at us and said "you have to be on the waiting list to be out here"... To which I advised him we were. A couple of minutes later, same nonsense from him and same reply to let him know we were... A couple more minutes elapsed and for a 3rd time, he popped off again, this time worse in tone.. That was it for me, out the door I went as he said "you have to wait out front", mind you my wife was with our friend trying to order a drink at the physical bar. I left. Didn't know he popped off to my wife a 4th time telling her the same thing and when she did "I can't be at the bar to order a drink"? Apparently he said she had to be sitting, mind you there was a seat next to her available she'd pointed out to him, but since I was already out, she decided to follow... Won't be going...

I'm hoping I came on a bad night because I've heard nothing but good things about this place. With that being said I'm really glad my sister and I decided to share a plate. The food we got was just ok... the buffalo chicken wings we got even though were a nice size they were fried a little too hard for my taste. The soft drinks were horrible. Their machine broke down (which i understand will happen) so they had to serve sodas poured from a can. Instead of bringing the can to you to pour yourself they don't for you which I THOUGHT was the problem but when we politely asked to switch our drinks to iced teas the drinks were still bad. I think they need to examine their ice maker...maybe there is a filter that needs to be changed. THE REASON I GAVE THEM ONLY ONE STAR FOR ATMOSPHERE IS BECAUSE THEY SAID NOTHING TO THE CUSTOMER SITTING NEXT TO US THAT FOUND IT PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE TO PUT HER FEET ON THE TABLE. IT WASN'T THE TABLE SHE WAS SITTING AT WITH HER PARTY BUT THE EMPTY ONE NEXT TO THEM. THEN WHEN THEY LEFT THE STAFF DIDN'T EVEN WIPE OFF SAID TABLE....
