I have always supported this business but as a small mom and pop business selling online they do not support me. They have a written policy at throughout their store training their customer who are doing Amazon returns to LIE about the reason this costing small sellers like me the return shipping. This practice of lies has gotten businesses put out if business because too many returns for inaccurate website description will close a listing and the seller is losing tons of money. I drove to this location for my shipping and packaging needs since the bigger retail stores don't carry a wide variety of sizes in boxes. I had searched and scrambled the previous days to find the boxes I needed for my shipments. I was a little overwhelmed with all the sizes since I have never had this many options. But, the gentleman that helped me was very patient with me in deciding what I needed and was super knowledgeable of every box and size they have.
