Reviewing mostly for the splash pad, which is awesome! Looking back at previous reviews it’s clear that this park has been recently updated. We came specifically for the splash pad and it did not disappoint! My kids had a blast and my husband and I didn’t have to roast in the TX sun while they played. The entire splash pad area is now covered with an awning and the picnic area next to it is also fully shaded, that’s where my husband and I sat and watched while the kids played. My kids loved the big water bucket that fills and dumps a huge splash every few minutes or so. There are also plenty of other fun water features to play in. They cycle on and off so not everything is going at one time, and my kids had a great time running around the different items as they turned on and off.

0-3 years: YES 4-6 years: YES 7+: They may get bored Play areas separate: Small park seperate from splash pad Fenced off: NO Toilets: YES Splash pad: YES Sand pit: NO Party shaded: NO. Some seating is covered but not park Totally shaded: NO Covered picnic tables: YES Walking trail: YES Extra notes: Small, simple park but really good fun for the younger kids. There are toilets but they're on the other side on the tennis court. I think older kids 8+ could potentially be bored. There are other things for the older kids to do though like volleyball etc

They updated the splash pad, more fun and exciting but the water smells now unlike before. I don't know if it's just today or what but obviously they recycle the water more now than they used to. Last year we visited this place so many times and I don't remember the water smelling like wet dog.

Went today with my 22 month old for the sprayground and park. Several pieces of the sprayground were not working, like the archway or the taller bucket dump in the back. Water would either just trickle out or not come out of certain holes. The buckets weren't filling or dumping on the back part. A few times, sweaty adults who had been playing tennis or soccer, came over to bathe (like cleaned their arm pits!) or rinse off at the sprayground while children were playing. Kinda gross and kinda weird.

The park was awesome though and perfect...
