From the moment you walk into this exceptional little Museum, you are greeted by a vast of knowledge from three incredibly dedicated and welcoming employees. They commence by escorting you and your children throughout their beautiful and wonderful exhibits. They are so kind and gentle with your children. These marecoulous women get your children engaged in the historical world of Roanoke, Texas. I felt like I traveled back in time. Best of all, our friends were allowed to participate and expand on their knowledge. All their questions were answered so patiently and the children were allowed to touch certain items and explore. The kindness of all these women blew my mind. They even hugged us without hesitation at the end of our unscheduled tour. Also, we are now in their Facebook page, so Yes, they made us famous. Please, please, go check out this time capsule. It a small Museum that packs a Huge Punch 👊. Enjoy and don't forget to ask about their scavenger hunt!!!

And huge thank you to Roanoke residents who donated all those artifacts & fossils and to Roanoke Visitor Center & Museum associates for wonderful...

They got me all excited about this little town I have lived in for over 30 years. I recommend anyone who lives here, or is visiting the area pop in for a little tour, I am certainly going to suggest it to all my guests. Well worth...
