Lake Village of Rochester Hills — Attraction in Rochester Hills

I moved here in May of 24. The office was super nice and professional when it came to viewing the apartment and getting everything situated and ready to move in. Upon moving in we were given a little starter kit of cleaning supplies and stuff which was super nice! They work very hard to keep up on snow removal on sidewalks and roads, and are very quick on maintenence issues! Over all I really had no issues at all, only complaint was that the jets in the hot tub didn't work. I had to get off the lease early due to life changes, and it was super easy to get my name off the lease and have someone else take over. I'm going to miss living here, it's such a great location with Innovation Hills right across the street (such a great park with Christmas lights, wet land and other walking trails, etc) Clinton river trail goes right a long the complex (and is accessible from the complex) making it easy for a quick walk to Whiskey Raes or Griffin Claw for a quick summer drink! I moved to Lake Village of Rochester Hills about a month ago. I remember when I first came to inquire about this community. Michelle and Jan were so helpful, friendly and nice, they walked me through the application process as well as provided detailed information about the community. I love that this place is so close to the Innovation Hills Park and Clinton River Trail to unwind after a long busy/hectic day. Lake Village of RH is well maintained, clean, beautiful and such a peaceful environment with a beautiful pool and gym, my most favorite part is that this community is gated. Two bedroom apartment with two full bath are very well maintained, cleaned, specious, feels like a home and the color combination is perfect with a fireplace with nice size kitchen and brand new kitchen appliances. I lived at Lake Village for 4 years before moving out. I really liked my time there- if I had any issues, maintenance was available and able to help within max 1-2 days. Front office support was also quick from Jan and Michelle, and overall everything went well. Of course there was the periodic annoyances from neighbor noise, but that is all dependent on who you have living next to or above you (we had probably 3 or 4 different people move in and out above us, and only one was noisy which I think was pretty lucky for us!!) The thing I like most is that it is very quiet and peaceful there in general. It is more secluded, safe (never had anyone steal packages from our front door and we ordered a LOT), and an easy place to live at.
