Letme start by saying the girls were all very nice but not very good with time management . I paid a lot of money for my daughter to start crying partial through the party because she felt sooo rushed ! Then they couldn’t get the karaoke machine to work which was super disappointing. The icing on the cake was when we first got there they put all her gifts around the really princess like chair , so obviously anyone would think that’s where we are going to open gifts they then said “oh well it’s the 3 hour party that gets to open gifts on that chair” hmm okay thanks for the tease. Second the girls all got their hair done and moved on to slime all 7 girls were waiting exactly 13mins for the last girl to get her hair done , and then they started slime without her because they took way too long on coloring and hair ! This set the vibe off of the whole party and made the other girl feel super left out . We didn’t even have time for photos or anything downstairs . Then while upstairs doing kind of karaoke which was what my daughter was most excited about . The girl didn’t know how to work it and kept trying but couldn’t get the microphones to work etc . Did I mention how much they are rushing us!! And at the end the young girl said well you had pizza and that’s normally for the 3 hour party . I made it very clear that the pizza would be done during karaoke and we didn’t need to add time and waste time on eating by itself the lady on the phone agreed but the day of the party that’s not what we got , the young girl was legit rushing us soooo much much she was like why don’t we do pizza while we sing happy birthday and have cake first like what ! My daughter was so sad because the whole party was a complete train wreck and who wants to feel rushed like that i spent wayyyyy too much money to feel this way .They completely messed the party up by taking way too long on talking and doing the hair that they didn’t have time for everything else ! Then th owner or manager offered my daughter free hair clips (which all broke ) and a free trial in their new sound booth she said mom that’s not going to make up for my party being ruined just get your money back ! All and all it could be a super cute concept but maybe be a lot more organized and make sure things are working . Like i said above my daughters memories of her 10th birthday are now ruined that’s somthing no money can fix ! I feel i threw 400$ out...

My daughter and I were so excited to attend the St. Patrick’s Day event, but we left totally disappointed. The hosts of the party, 2 very young girls, seemed completely overwhelmed and unprepared. They were also sick and wiping their noses with their hand repeatedly, it was disgusting. They were still setting up and scrambling when we arrived for our 12:00 appointment. We were supposed to do a fun painting, manicure, glitter tattoo, hair extension and other surprises, but all my daughter left with was a manicure, as the girls had no idea what they were doing and everything took forever. They didn’t even explain what to do and just left us sitting quiet in a room to try to make the craft. They placed a sharp pair of adult scissors in front of my 3 year old and told her to have at it. If you are going to charge $40, have adequate and age appropriate supplies! What a complete and total waste of money...I could have taken my daughter to my nail salon for a manicure for half the cost. I had to stop at cvs and buy temporary tattoos to console my daughter on the way home as she didn’t get the one promised by the event. The worst part about it is the owner could care less and completely ignored my cell phone message to her. Clearly she’s more focused on the bottom line than the customer experience. My daughter had a birthday party of one during the summer of the 2020 pandemic and the owner and her staff took precautions wearing masks, etc and made sure my daughter had a great time. There was a custom celebration sign with her picture on an easel at the front door that we were able to take home and balloons! She had her hair done with glitter, makeup, made lotions, crafts, and sang karaoke. They also offered manicures. We spent a great deal of time at their new location and the owner and staff were very patient fulfilling my daughter’s excitement for a photo shoot with props, singing karaoke, making crafts and custom lotions, and getting glammed up to celebrate her 10th birthday. She also took a bag home filled with favors of her choice! My daughter had an awesome time even when her friends couldn’t be there. She was given the star treatment and will always have great memories of that day :o). Thank you to the owner and staff of Friendship Factory for making my daughter feel so special on...
