I stopped at this crooks location ask about the $3 Wednesday deal. The clerk says no we do not have that I said how is that the app tells me you offer it and she says she does not know about it. I explained I got a notification on my phone how does she not know?so I asked if bk serves sweet ice tea anymore. she said unsweetened so I again questioned about the Wednesday whopper deal and then the manager rudely says you have to have the app which is how I knew about the Wednesday whopper special. So then I was asked if I want anything else I said heavy everything no cheese no pickle on the whopper. I did not receive heavy everything, barely anything was. In it and pickles were on it and the whopper was not hot or warm. I left very discouraged and confused to how you don’t know your specials however, I took like two bites of the sandwich, And threw out the rest. And then I said, thank you bye when I received the whopper and I did not get no response I just got attitude from both the employee and manager so I don’t know maybe they’re having a bad day. I don’t know however the food the quality of it was just not there. The customer service wasn’t there was lacking and misinformation if I did not question anything I think they would’ve just made me pay for the whopper full price but because I i questioned everything and kind of was not making sense to me, then things worked out for that aspect but everything else was not the greatest. Read moreWhile my order was correct and did not take a lot of time I did notice some things that as a business owner I would definitely change. The woman who was on duty at the time of visit was operating not only the drive-thru window but also the front counter. Maybe she was tired or stressed out, but some of the customer interaction was I witnessed and was surprised at her customer service skills in handling what seem to be a very simple situation, but she started to bear the claws and get back into the drive thru guest's face. The customer stated she had ordered particular items and the manager sort of argued with the guest as to the read back of the order which was missing one item the guest stated they ordered. I have worked in the restaurant industry for a combined 17 years and this situation was a simple fix without an attitude coming from the manager on duty. If that would had been me coming through the drive thru and received the attitude that this guest did I would had not been so polite to the manager. It was uncalled for and was like I stated an easy fix. She did order the extra item for the guest but with an attitude that needs to be checked at the door. Since I have worked in the industry and realize that some guest can be over barring there is no need for the attitude. I felt that maybe being a manager wasn't the right fit for her or maybe being in the industry isn't a good...

Avoid it by all means and go to the Burger King minutes down the street (Rochester Road) I was literally harassed by an employee today (female name is Billy,Philly) and was told to leave, take my food to the car and eat it there because I had my registered service dog with me WITH PROPER IDENTIFICATION . She needs to educate herself on laws because she broke one by harassing me and telling me to leave. Only reason I even came in from the drive through is because they gave no sugar or cream for my coffee (after asking for it) Second experience with her is when I went in to fill up my pop from the drive through because this genius gave me the wrong pop then told me I wasn't allowed to fill it nor did she even offer doing it herself after I explained she gave me the wrong pop!!
