Goodwill - Rochester: Scott Road — Attraction in Rochester

Goodwill had always been one of my favorite places. I have 4 children and 12 grandchildren. I have always looked for ways to repurpose items. I am retired and live on a fixed lower income. I have really been surprised by how much things have gone up in the store. Some items are damaged or stained and they are all priced the same. Many items have doubled since the pandemic. I also donate to goodwill and am very disappointed that they are charging what you might buy for brand new when an item goes on sale in a store. No returns at all, not even for store credit, only in store exchanges. Went in to look for overall shorts, found exactly one pair, there was no fitting room and you’re (reasonably) not allowed to bring merchandise into the bathrooms, but was told there was a 14 day policy. I took the clothes home to try them on and they didn’t fit. Took them back less than 2 hours later and was told the 14 day policy was for exchanges only. I come here with my dad on the weekends. Recently I've noticed A Mexican women working the register, she was ringing up a Hispanic family without charging them for almost half of their thems. This wasn't the first time I saw this being done infront of me. After I was done looking around I walked up the her register ready to check out I tried talking to her.
