The top floor was where troops would stay to protect the building. The mouldings are very fancy and I thought they were plaster but they were made out of cast. When they sent cannon barrels and other steel they melted into decrotive oriental piece's. Very neat place to visit.

Quarters one is a beautiful 21k square foot home on Rock Island Arseanal. Its no longer used as housing but can be rented for weddings, family events, fundraisers, and haunted Ghost tours. The home is said to be haunted and has proven to be a favorite among the paranormal community. Its worth a visit just to see the breathtaking views of the river and amazing original...
