Radiology Associates of Hartford - Rocky Hill — Attraction in Rocky Hill

First time to this location. My orthopedic from OAH wanted me to have a mri of my ankle. I always used Jefferson radiology but they always take so long to read and this time, not even answering phone calls for scheduling appointments. So I switched to RAH. OAH doesn’t have a relationship with RAH so I was told to make sure I get my CD when go for my scan.

The lady tech and male tech Paul were both nice and friendly. Paul especially went above and beyond in just making sure I was ok the whole time from the moment he greeted me in the waiting room.

The lady receptionist Angela was also super nice, making sure I got my CD and helping me add extra providers when I wanted more than one doctor to receive the images.

It really wasn’t anything big these guys did for me but just being “nice” was what I often not see in many provider offices. I really appreciate the staff here. Thank you!

They told me my providers and me will get my report within 24 hours....

I can’t recommend this location enough. After visiting 2 other locations and having bad experiences, I chose to drive 40 minutes to Rocky Hill. TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Anna was my mammogram tech and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable through the whole process. She was gentle and kind, I couldn’t have had a better experience. I believe Jenna was my cat scan tech and she was just as wonderful, patient and kind. I felt completely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Janet, at the front desk, is amazing. When I arrived it appeared she was handling multiple patient issues. She remained calm, kept me informed and, I believe, resolved all the issues. After my x-ray, she made sure I had a copy of the report and CD with the x-ray. She sent both to the physician that I was referred to and called me to let me know. I had a potentially severe acute issue that needed to be resolved ASAP. She understood and went above and beyond to ensure my physician had the information to make a final diagnosis.
