Lake Road Market — Attraction in Rocky River

The Rego Brother's Lake Road Market is a locally owned grocery store that does a great job of serving the community! It is family owned with family caring to all details of the customer experience. They pay close attention to serving the customer needs. If they don't have a product just ask and odds are it will be on the shelf soon! Moreover, the conscious effort to buy locally sourced products is awesome! It is not uncommon to see a local small business that produces juice to pickles in the store representing their company and sharing samples of their goods with customers!

Love the workers on the floor but the cashier lacked personality and the ability to ask if I wanted to purchase a bag. She just pushed my items down to the end and handed me my receipt. Doesn’t even compare to the level of service I receive at the Strongsville location. I know you have a loyalty program but you wouldn’t know that by the cashier. By the way I was walking with my loose groceries. As much as I hate driving to a grocery store while babysitting for my sister I will from now on even though you are across the street. I purchased (at a very good grocery store) Cilantro on Friday (17th) for today Sun (19th). I looked up on line how to keep them fresh. Followed directions (cut off ends, 1 inch H2O, put in frig with plastic bag over. This am they were terrible!!! Wilted and not fragrant at all. Ran up to your store and I MUST tell you that you have the freshest and most gorgeous herbs I've ever seen!! Know where I'm going now for my fresh herbs and I didn't have to buy a big bunch.
