Galaxy has been the worst! The moment you walk in my husband and I felt like a huge inconvenience. Mind you, they’re usually just hanging out at the desk talking. They look at you like you’re an idiot. Anyways I never do these but felt like I’d help another customer. We purchased a Nordic hot tub ( one of the better brands) this summer and already had to have a service call because it keeps shutting off. It actually shut off without us knowing and the water turned disgusting to the point it had to be drained & cleaned. They came out and tightened wires.. well that didn’t fix it. Still calling every day just so the 5 people I’ve talked too have no idea what’s going on, no notes on my account ( even though there’s already been a service call) then I get a text from a manager assuring it’s getting fixed, parts are ordered.. blah blah blah. I message today twice because this is now a routine in my day and was ignored. Mind you, all of this is covered under warranty and a Nordic rep I know who lives out of state has the parts on hand or can get them delivered in 24 hours. So why does it take them so long? And the service dept is in Tulsa, not even in NWA where we bought the hot tub. . I’ve been very patient but now my patience is gone and we’ve been treated so poorly. Something that’s supposed to be enjoyable that cost quite a bit of $ has now turned into a nuisance! Their communication is terrible, I was accused of bringing water out of my kitchen faucet to be tested when purchasing chemicals rather than just asking me where the water came out of. Read moreSTAY AWAY !!!! These guys will sell you ocean front property in Kansas. My aunt and uncle bought there in ground pool from galaxy and had horrible experience after payment, the communication stopped. My uncle had to go border line stalker to get any kind of communication back from them. They didn’t have the pool a week and pump was trashed along with many other things. Then my parents did not follow the advice my aunt and uncle gave them, and chose Galaxy for the same exact pool. It was installed almost a year later. Their experience was very similar after payment, no communication . When everything was delivered and the installer finally arrived months later, the installer informed them they had JUST received word about doing the job. When it was dug and time to install they were missing the main parts for this pool steps and liner. So, this added more time to project . My mom is probably one of the nicest ladies and I seen her reach a level of anger she shouldn’t have ever experienced thinking based on the simple fact of paying a company large sums of money for a product they would at least make sure they deliver the full product that’s been paid for but I guess I’m wrong… that being said if you have the time to hunt people down and micro manage every step to get the job completed then Galaxy is your best choice but if you want to trust you can pay someone and get what you paid for without having to babysit and watch over every step - go elsewhere! Read moreWe were looking for a hot tub..called Galaxy in Rogers and they didn’t answer the phone Drove by and could see they weren’t open yet and after further looking on the website saw that they were “coming soon” so we left the area to continue on our search ..but Zach Scott took the initiative to call me back (just from caller ID as I didn’t leave a message) indicating that no they’re not open yet but they were there and for us to feel free to come by and take a look! So we did! And boy are we glad we did! As it turned out Zach was with other customers when we walked in so a friendly young man named Ronak said he could help us! He showed us a few on the floor..we told him we were looking for something small for just the two of us..we had already kinda picked out another spa (from another company in Joplin) that was a 4 seater and told him what our budget was..long story short Ronak was very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the jacuzzi..we looked at a couple but after addressing my concerns about the power of the jets he pointed us to the Jacuzzi J245 which was bigger than we thought we wanted and over our budget, however knowing that it was the one that would make us happy gave us a deal too good to refuse! He had to leave and turned us back over to Zach and he was very friendly personable and professional! Handled all our paper work the explaining all the details! Even the other employee Chuck was very friendly! I would certainly recommend this place and can’t wait till they actually open so we can see all the other type of outdoor fun stuff they...
