AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !! My wife and I took a trip to Rogers for a husband wife getaway staycation for 2 nights. As we only see each other for limited times due to my work sadly.
Our first experience was me calling asking them if the hot tub was functional and working properly. I was told yes it is..
After check in we went to the hot tub and discovered the hot tub was not functioning as a normal hot tub. Yes it had hot water but no functioning jets. They had removed the reastat switch to active the jets. They replaced with a face plate so it was not recent and had been there for a while. First lie we received from this establishment.
After the first night we went to shower and had no hot water .We were told they had this problem before and hoped it was fixed. We told they they called a plumber and should have it corrected by the evening.
We took off for the day and spent the day out and about. We returned back to our room and immediately noticed our room was not serviced.
Bed was not made Garbage can full Dirty towels and face clothes
We went to check the shower for hot water and nothing .
Mind you we paid a rate of 129.00 plus tax for a total amount of 300.00 for two nights
I went down to the front desk and after deliberation he only discounted our room by 100.00 for a total of 200.00
He claimed housekeeping said we placed a Do not disturb sign on our door when in fact we did not and basically accused us of lying and that his housekeeping was right.
Lie number two to a customer. This does not reflect the brand for Country Inn and suites and I will be contacting corporate office about this location. We were completely appalled at paying 200.00 for a room for a t v and a bed and could not use the jacuzzi or even a shower.
The hallways reeked of marijuana and made me nauseous and my wife sick to her stomach with the stink of dope.
This is not a place I recommend for any family wanting a quality establishment where customers are treated with respect . I didn't want a free room but I wanted to be not called a liar and make it right . A 100 deduction is silly for a Jacuzzi room for two nights for 200.00 for a hotel with zero ammenties and or...
Read moreAfter renting an air bnb , that was disgustingly fumigated by previous renters from cigarettes ,( they smoked in side ) my son of 10 months got really sick , just being inside. We didn’t want to loose our money , so we stay for 2 out of 4 days , ended up in the ER for my son , I spontaneously rented a hotel , called about 6 of them , 400$ for 2 nights , !!! This one was the only one that was cheap 250 , I was scared because it was 2 stars It’s my first hotel stay ever , before I took anything , inside I inspected the room for bed bugs , and if the linen was changed , I checked how clean the bathroom were and may I say it was 4 stars !! Not 5 because someone didn’t vaccine properly on the edge of the of the bottom of beds. This hotel was comfortable , the staff was very friendly very inviting , very helpful , they have a cart to wagon your things in , and they have a pool and a gym and a spa for the gust to use it’s included and my favorite !!! Free breakfast !! And it’s decent !! It’s from 6 am to 9:30 just one thing I have to complain they served us mild that was going to expire in 5 days , idk if the fridge was working or not , but it was spoiled when I took a sip , no boogie I still enjoyed my stay very much it’s literally in the middle of everything , star bucks 7 brew , all kinds of food and Walmart , another thing I have to complain about is the dryer !! I’m the second floor , hope they fix it but I spent !!! 2 dollars a dry !! It took me 3 times to try it I don’t have about the 6$ it took to dry it was the waiting around for the machine to dry it 45 minutes a cycle I couldn’t even go out or sleep one night because of the laundry ,. My advice there’s a 24 hour laundry 9 minutes away , go there , it’s quarters , they have tv with good channels , they have a small fridge and microwave and a coffee maker in the room , anywho that’s all I go to say hope it helps ,...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel for a weekend baseball tournament. Rooms were decent, bed and pillows were probably the worst I’ve slept on and was told the pool would be ready for the boys to play in. Pool wasn’t even close to ready. When we checked in the staff was very helpful and the woman working the breakfast area was super sweet. The one main issue we had was the woman (a Karen for sure) that works the evening shift until about 10:30pm was the most unprofessional and rudest person I’ve come across in a hotel. As I stated the pool was closed so the first night the parents were in the eating area around 8:30pm watching the NCAA tournament came in and turned the TV off and told us it was time to go to our rooms like we were in a day care. She said we were being too loud in which we weren’t. Just having normal conversations like most adults do. Well we didn’t leave and stayed there and around 9pm she turned the lights off on us. Moving on to the next evening, boys played all day and around 8:30 the boys wanted to hang out together and play games in the eating area and that same front desk lady told our boys they couldn’t be there and told them to go to their rooms and shut up. After confronting her she said it’s quite time and that area was for older people and they don’t want to be bothered by little brats. I asked her I’m an adult and you kicked us out last night but told me she wasn’t going to try and explain herself to me. If you plan to have a nice night with friends or family here don’t stay here. This woman hates life and all kids so be careful. There are many other hotel options here. Management will be hearing from me because we are paying a lot of money to stay here and telling us parents and kids to go to our room and treating us like animals was the last straw. For those thinking this is all I do is write reviews, think again, this is probably my second...
