I would love to rate this place better, but I simply can't because they even given themselves the work to make me be able to do a review about their food.
Went there last weekend to dinner with my wife, we get there, the place was far away to be 100% full, we got in the front door and keep waiting through 5 minutes, until the bar man (once no one show as front door person), just saying "find a place where you would like to sit" barely looking at our faces.
And so we did, and it was the only and last thing someone from this place give an word to me.
One of the waitresses was just walking around table, making jokes, and entertaining some table that cleary had someone they care there, but most definitely not all costumer has the same value, and us had no value at all, after all we stand there sit for 30-40 minutes no one come by to even provide us a menu, or simply ask for the drinks, or offer water, simply NOTHING.
After all that time waiting we just notice once they not give us any attention, they simply doesn't own our money, for us we only had the opportunity to stand up, and drive by Napoli's next to there where we were really well care, and had a great night.
I want give a chance to the food once, and maybe I will by pickup option, as it may need more time to mature, and learn how to care about their costumer for only them I go there and eat, and they worth the tip for the...
Read morePho Kitchen has been open for 7 days and I have already eaten here twice. As a professional chef and an avid pho eater, the homemade pho at Pho Kitchen is by far the best in NWA, (and I have eaten pho at every restaurant that serves it in NWA.) It is as authentic, old-school Vietnamese as it gets.
For those of you who are sensitive to MSG, I did not detect any in the foods I have eaten here, unlike so many of the Asian restaurants in our area.
Sarah, our server gave exemplary service and the modern, comfortable atmosphere is top-notch. I highly recommend trying this new family-owned business in Rogers. The photos are of P4 brisket pho, traditional banh mi, and rice pudding glazed with a bourbon sauce and topped with honey-roasted peanuts.
Thank you chef for treating my husband and me to the delicious complimentary dessert, it was delicious and a nice...
Read moreMy partner and I were blown away. We ordered the spring rolls, a traditional bahn mi, the tenderloin + brisket pho, and rice pudding desert. The spring rolls were a mellow and light appetizer, the pho came with bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños on the side to customize your bowl. Not to mention a plate of sauces to add to your broth. The bahn mi was aromatic and the flavor levels packed in left you wanting more and more, it was so good! I was honestly not expecting much from the rice pudding dessert, but even that had us near moans, like the sweetened rice was perfectly cooked and not too sweet, the cranberry purée on top cut through it with a bitter tartness that completely complimented the dish. The vibe of the restaurant is laid back and chill, perfect for a quiet date and cheap enough that it won’t...
