Highly disappointed! I am deployed so I tried to use a local Florist to deliver flowers to my wife on her birthday. So I went directly to their web page to make sure they delivered to our home. Entered the zip code for our home, placed the order only to receive a phone call hours later they will not deliver to my home. If your web site asks for the zip code upfront and you know this before I place my order for flowers, why do you accept my order? The shop called me to explain but now because their poorly designed web page does not check the addresses before taking the order, my account will be without 125$ for ten days before they can reimburse my account. How is that good customer service? It is not. SO now my wife will not get flowers on her birthday and I am waiting for my money before I can place another order some where else. Do not make the same mistake. Go some where else. Update: To be 100% transparent, The manager called me then next morning to ensure me the shop did not even bill my credit card. I have updated my review with three stars. I give these two extra stars for great customer service, they went out of their way to call me a second time to try to arrange for a place to meet for delivery. That was a step in the right direction but it did not get my flowers to my wife. I even asked to pay an extra fee for my long distance transport to Garfield. Even though I spelled all the names out for them they sill got them wrong prompting 2 other calls the later being with Courtney who was so condescending and rude to me for not reading the website. I also called to change my payment method which they never updated. A manager was supposed to call me back instead they just canceled my order with a rude email. DON'T get flowers from here they are HORRIBLE to work with. Also I did find flowers from a different company for 1/2 the price and they actually appreciated my business.
Ordered arrangement Thursday evening online for a funeral on late Friday morning. Someone called me around 830a Friday morning to tell me that their driver was already out that way so they wouldn't be able to deliver the arrangements today but could deliver it to a home address. That didn't make any sense but I gave them the home address to the family.
The next morning at 920am Saturday morning, I received another call from the shop saying that they didn't complete the delivery because "no one was home to receive it" and if I had another address to deliver it to. I explained that no one was probably home because they were at the funeral that the shop declined delivering the arrangement to in the first place. Granted, I can understand why they didn't want to leave the arrangements outside with it being 37°, but it made no sense to agree to deliver it to a home address and not the church.... Not to mention, I paid extra to have it delivered before noon on Friday and no refund on the that service was offered or givien, so I paid extra to have it delivered late or according to the person I talked to today, not delivered at all.
