This is my first ever bad review to leave for any business. I normally understand that mistakes happen in the food industry but sometimes there’s just plain bad service like I received tonight. I placed an order for a carry out pizza and I ended up getting handed the wrong one and didn’t realize until I got home (THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS AT THIS LOCATION) I called and let the associate know what happened. Apparently a delivery driver took off with my pizza and delivered that one to the wrong house...they claim my new pizza is getting made for me and I’m okay with that as long as I get my correct pizza. I drive another 15 minuets to pick my up my new pizza and find out it was made wrong.. My wife doesn't eat meat and they put pepperoni all on her half that was supposed to only be pineapple. Why wouldn’t anyone double check an order that was going to be a RE MAKE for an already incorrectly made order. I was not going to wait another 15 minuets just to possibly get the wrong order made again. We ended up making the right choice and ordering Dominoes instead and will always do that from now on. This location and management need to take ownership of their mistakes before they lose more long time customers.
A year later and I keep trying this location out and they’re just awful. Service is 3/10 and food quality is 50/50 you even get what ordered for in the first place. Now they sent my order to door dash to deliver instead of them.. it’s been an hour and a half of waiting for one pizza. Don’t waste your time at this location. Numerous mess ups and no correction from Pizza Hut, they won’t even answer the phone. If I could give zero...

My friend was with me, his pizza was terrible, melted in some areas, and it gave him food poisoning twice. He thought it was something else so he saved the other half for another day, but it was the food. I tasted the chicken on his pizza and it tasted, weird...
My mother and her friend were also there, one got a pZone that was terrible, and the other got badly burnt bread sticks.
Is it really so hard for the chef to look at the pizza when it comes out, see that it's OBVIOUSLY bad, and make another, walk out to the table who ordered and say "I'm terribly sorry, but when I pulled your pizza out, it was badly burned and unacceptable so I am making a new one. Would you like the previous while you wait?"
This place often gets orders incorrect, it's a wonder they stay in business. I can go to a pizza hut less than a few miles away and have better service with the whole ONE guy who works there. Out of pZones? He just hand makes them! He's smart, I like him. He needs to take over the larger business. :/
Also, there needs to be a rating less than "poor - fair" because the food would be -3, and service would be -1. I'm still waiting to talk to the corporate offices about the food poisoning because my friend ended up puking 3 times that night, and twice the next time he ate the pizza and he hasn't been able to keep any other food down...

Got there at 5:58pm, stood there 5 minutes while being ignored by woman talking on phone (sounded like personal call). After the 5 minutes she called man from back to come up and she went back to talking on phone. He checked on my order and came back to tell me it would be 10 more minutes. I left irritated and went and got gas for my car and came back in 10 minutes. By then there were approximately 8-10 people waiting, also looking irritated. I sat down at table in dining room since there was not room in take out area. After another 5 minutes I walked up to counter and asked if my order was ready. The guy went and looked in oven and started to take out a pizza but got mad and threw the pliers down on the floor in a fit of rage. Turned around and told me crust on the BBQ pizza had bubbled up. Said he would take cost of this pizza off bill if I wanted to go with the pizzas. I said "I guess,it's either that or go to another pizza place". Ticket conveniently shows time I placed the order 5:41pm, but not the time I finally got it 6:30pm. Pizza was burnt, not good. Worst service I have ever had and from other comments, not the first time it has happened.
