CL3 Technology — Attraction in Roswell

I ordered a Dell D630 thru Walmart for my daughter. The reviews on the computer itself were very good but the reviews on CL3 were mixed at best. I decided to roll the dice as it was a great price and frankly no risk no gain. It arrived a day early ( so what right ) and was packed very securely. I opened it up and at age 54 I must say I am no computer wizard but it was in great condition. Not only did it come with all that was promised but within :45 minutes I downloaded all I needed and was remotely hooked into my internet, printer and was watching movies on it with my daughter. Personally I am more than pleased so far and today purchased another D630 for a backup to my desk top. I hope it will come in the same condition as my daughters laptop and I will keep you tuned in, but so far I am very satisfied. Atti Thiry...

I purchased my refurbished Dell Laptop from CL3 September 2021 and have been exceptioally pleased with it. I was also very pleased with the customer service that I required today. My laptop was stuck on airplane mode. I goggled it and found it was a common problem, I tried all of the steps listed online and was ready to take it in for repairs when I remember getting a card with the computer that said call us if we can be of service. Well, it took Graig 30 seconds to tell me where to find the swith on the side of the computer to turn off airplane mode. Purchased a Dell E8400 laptop from CL3 Technology since may tablet would not allow me to read the Kansas City Star Newspaper without fumbling around. The Dell worked perfectly. Approximately 2 months after purchasing the machine, Windows 10 notified me that I needed a different Authentication Code.. I contacted CL3 and Craig, one of their technical people was back to me in less than 45 minutes. Long story short, we were up and running that afternoon.
