Star Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Roswell

Horrible experience. These people don't care about getting you food your order from them - only taking your money.

On November 4th, I ordered pizza from this location to be delivered by the restaurant that evening for a gathering I had at my home. An hour and a half after ordering, I called the restaurant to find out where my order was. First the owner told me, "Oh, I think we forgot your wings," and when I told him I hadn't received ANY of my order, he got defensive telling me what a good delivery driver he has. I was home, waiting and watching for the delivery. No call, no text, no knock on the door or doorbell ring ever happened. If this is how the place operates, how do they expect their customers to know when the pizza showed up.

That may be true, but it's not relevant to my case whatsoever. I never received my food. The owner promised me a refund. That never happened. I went physically to the restaurant 4 days later, and the employee told me the owner wasn't at that particular location on that day but told me he would get me a call back on the issue. That never happened either. So the owner apparently never had any intention of making this right. So I took the issue up with EatStreet, which is who handles their e-Commerce (web site, online orders, etc.) and they told me I had to deal with the owner. I made one more attempt by going back to the store location again, only to be told there was nothing they intended to do. That left me only the option of taking the issue up with PayPal to dispute the charge and I finally got my refund that way.

Needless to say I will never be doing business with these crooks, nor any restaurant that employs EatStreet as neither offer any kind of recourse to...

This place used to be really good for the value and the food. Tonight I placed an order and confirmed 3 times for the Alpharetta highway location. Went there 35 minutes later to no order and a dead looking place. Lights were dimmed, signage was gone inside and one person I have never seen there before. I ask for my order and he’s like oh I have no order for that but I have in five minutes. Well anyone knows a fully cooked pizza takes more then five minutes so I call the exact same phone number I called and the phone don’t even ring there. It goes to the other location and apparently they are putting orders to this location. Just very unprofessional and I get accidents happen but when my wife went back to get the order that they stated would be ready in 15 minutes again, no order and stated it was canceled by a manager. Yep thank you Star for ruining a good thing and a long term customer.

UPDATE: After speaking with the normal manager there and explaining the situation, he was very upset as to what happened and fixed the issue for us sincerely. He knows my wife and I get food there semi frequently and definitely respects...

This is a very friendly nice place to get something to eat that's always cooked hot and fresh. The owner is a cool friendly restaurant owner. His family and staff all are the same. I always get my food togo. So I never dined in and if you want a New York Style slice pizza or a true large pizza they make them also. And I love to get the lunch special when I stop to get a meal 2 slice of pizza with 2 topping and a can soda.a great deal and I get the Philly cheese steak with all the topping in it with fry's and a can soda. My next item I get to eat is a Large Greek salad I always add meat to my salad like grilled chicken and believe me you will be happy to enjoy that salad. This is a family own restaurant I always try to support my friendly neighborhood own restaurant when I can.
