Nice place, Lazy staff!! We visited for the first time last night, in part to attend a birthday party. While my youngest attended the party, I played around with our oldest (8). Overall the park was lots of fun, plenty of elements even younger ones can enjoy, the facility also appears to be well kept and clean. |The issue comes in with the incredibly LAZY and RUDE employees!!! What is the point of posting signs about safety rules if NONE of the staff is going to even attempt to hold to them!? There are signs all over about no running, and yet kids running all over across trampolines, etc. causing collisions - I witnessed several avoidable accidents that left kids walking away in painful tears. I understand kids will be kids and get rowdy when excited, but a little remainder goes a long way. There are also rules in place including in the agreed upon waiver that states any child under 14 must have an adult - at one point I saw 20 kids in the dodgeball area No staff or adult in site, meanwhile bigger kids (guessing 12-14) were pummeling the smaller kids intentionally blasting them in the face with balls, pushing them over, etc. I mentioned this to the one staff (Cooper) that was wondering around the play area, we then walked passed the dodgeball court, down the steps that says "emergency exit" and never seen again, what the hell!? When we were ready to leave I went to the counter to try to discuss with any other staff or manager about the issues I saw, in my opinion these are potentially very serious safety concerns, I waited over 5 minutes - not a single staff anywhere to be found near the entrance, the only one I could see was helping with a Birthday party. My children had fun and both want to do a birthday party, but I think we'll try to find a different park with staff that at least try to...
Read moreSawmill is always a great time! Our family has been coming since it opened, mostly for the mini golf during the summer. But my son's friend just had a birthday party there yesterday and they did so much to make sure we had a great time. When two of the chaperones (me included) looked interested in the virtual reality games, an employee came over and asked if we wanted to demo it a little. We took him up on the offer and he strapped on the equipment and gave us a little orientation. We were blown away, and I've played quite a few VR and mixed-reality games in the past. It looked so fun that we bought a four pack after the party and played a hilarious Angry Birds game. It was well worth the experience and the kids were super into it. The owner (or maybe manager?) Jim came over and introduced himself and made sure we had a great time. Then my fellow chaperone and I played a zombie apocalypse game and it was a little scary for the youngins, but it was hyper-realistic and a challenge. It was especially fun since I'm into paintball and airsoft. All in all, I don't have a single complaint and this place refuses to let us down. It's always a great time and we will continue...
Read moregood place, decent prices. just full of 16 year old girls more concerned about who’s taking who to the football game than watching kids and doing their jobs :( it’s unfortunate. it really is a nice place. i was doing a specific jump with my cousins for close to 25 minutes and right when we were about done and going to move on to something else they told us we couldn’t do it because it was considered a double jump. okay fair, but why didn’t they tell us right away? there was no more than 10 kids jumping and we were 3 of them. simultaneously some kid sprained his knee in the dodgeball area. if you are taking your kids here please watch them. i know the employees won’t lol (edit 12/5/22) they called me and left a voicemail regarding my visit and review, meaning they looked up my name in their waivers i signed and found my number i gave them. there’s no way they found my number on google maps. i feel a little bit uncomfortable as i put my address on there as well… it’s probably within the waiver i signed saying that they can contact me at any time, nothing i can do about it. but i still feel weird about it, however i do appreciate reaching out to improve their business so...
