The Culver's restaurant at Park Plaza in Rochester, WI gave my family a less than desirable dining experience to say the least. They managed to mess up both of my children's meals from start to finish. Two children's cheeseburgers plain with no bun and applesauce. This doesn't seem like a hard order to fill. I had to state this order three times. First, I was charged for two gluten free buns I stated three times I didn't want. Then, they made my children hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers. They even came out to our table and verified our order and still got it wrong. They then continued to delight us with their ineptitude by making my son's custard incorrectly. He asked for a half scoop of vanilla and half scoop of chocolate with sprinkles. They gave him all chocolate. But to give them credit, they got the applesauce, our drinks, and the sprinkles right. The employees behind the counter seemed very busy not helping anybody and the manager seemed very insincere with her apologies. There were long lines of people with only one person on a register and four to six people standing around. Then when the lines of customers had been taken care of, another register would open. I have been to some bad Culver's, but this particular restaurant takes the cake so far as the most horrible Culver's in Wisconsin or Illinois that I...
Read moreI recently visited Culver’s and had a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. However, I did notice that there were a few missing items when I ordered through the drive-through.
I ordered a burger and fries, and the burger was cooked perfectly. The fries were also hot and crispy. The service was very friendly and efficient. The cashier took my order quickly and accurately, and the food was brought out to me within a few minutes.
However, when I opened my bag, I noticed that my fries were missing. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, who apologized for the mistake and offered to bring me out a new order of fries. The fries were brought out to me within a few minutes, and they were even hotter and crispier than the first batch.
Overall, I had a great experience at [restaurant name]. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. However, I would recommend that the restaurant double-check orders in the drive-through to avoid...
Read moreThe butter burgers are delicious but they give me heartburn. I stear clear of them usually but I can't resist the frozen custard. It is so delicious. I always get either a turtle sundae or a turtle concrete. I like how the pecans are roasted so they are more crunchy than when they are raw. My parents visited in October from out West and of course one of the places I had to take them to was Culver's. They both grew up in the St. Louis area and the frozen custard place they frequented there was called Ted Drew's. After I took them to Culver's they said enthusiastically that it was VERY comparable. As a kid, when we visted St. Louis, I remembered Ted Drew's being an icon and as somewhere we "had to go to" several times while we were in town. I always thought Culver's was pretty delicious, but when my parents compared it to Ted Drew's...THAT was the...
