I made an appointment earlier in the day and they accepted me for an appointment in a few hours.

My stylist was Elaine. I explained to her that I wanted a texture fringe hair and showed her an example of it. I knew that due to my hair being straight and thin, that it wouldn’t be exactly the same style but she ensured that she’d do her best to make it close yet work for my face

I was a bit nervous trying a new hairstyle as I haven’t changed it in over a decade. However, I’m really glad I took a chance and went with Elaine! She also explained to me how I can style on my own when I’m at home. Not sure if I can do it exactly like her but at least I know how it’s done 😅

With shampoo, cut, and styling, the process took about 45-50 minutes. The price was reasonably fair and also they are giving a 12% discount right now.

I didn't have an appointment, did a walk-in. They told me to come in an hour so I did some exploring while I waited. Lots to do and eat around the area so it wasn't a big deal.

Came back and the hairstylist named Elaine took me in.

I requested them to trim my blunt bobcut and to remove excessive weight and bulk. Showed her a picture of my expectations. The haircut was executed with precision and care.

She spent 2 hours in total giving lots of attention to the details. Constantly checking for perfection. I especially enjoyed the shampooing while in the massage chair.

The 2 hours consist of: DOUBLE shampoo and condition, haircut, blowdry, and styling.

The total was $42 after discount. Great deal for an outstanding...

My stylist was Tracey. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome. For a while now, I have been looking for someone that would provide me with smooth, shiny, and weatherproof hair. I finally found her. Tracey was gentle and amazing. It was my first time there... but I felt right at home. She greeted me, walked me over to a luxurious massage chair where she washed, and prepped my hair. The japanese straightening service was a lot of work.. but not for Tracey. She always had a smile on her face, offered me a delicious pear drink and snacks. The end result took my breath away....my hair has never felt so smooth, shiny and manageable. Thank you Tracey...I will definitely be back for all my hair...
