Seasons Place — Attraction in City of Industry

Love the food here, but parking/security management is a no. It was a Monday night, around 9pm while I was with my friends. We had gotten our drinks and was hanging out around our cars at the underground parking area. Security came up to us and said we needed to go upstairs and that we couldn’t be here. We told him we bought our drinks (so we were already paying customers and had a right to be there), but he wasn’t having it and told us it didn’t matter and that we needed to be upstairs. We didn’t give him any trouble and said nothing more, so we just left and went home. It sucked.

This wasn’t our first time at the plaza, and we’ve never had security tell us that we couldn’t be down there, ESPECIALLY when we weren’t even being loud at all or causing any trouble. Just friends catching up and trying to stay out of the...

Friends and I went to go eat at Slurpin Ramen Bar. Food and service was done exceptionally well, and overall no complaints but good remarks.. however, the parking is another. Four Seasons has an abundant of parking space but once me and my friends went back to our vehicle, security approached us with an attitude and told us that we cannot be near our cars (we were just chatting, since we haven't caught up in awhile.). Adding to that, they also told us "it doesn't matter what you're doing, you cant be here. This parking is only for employees." There were no signs posted that the underground parking was only for employees. We parked underground since it was pretty warm and it was cold upstairs. There was almost no one at the underground lot.

This ruined our night because of the security's attitude with us. Poor choice...

Heard there is a re-opening of a DimSum restaurant so we went and try it out. Quality is better than the restaurant it replaced, but still not quite at the level to the Dim Sum place around the corner in Diamond Plaza. Plus the dim sum prices is slightly higher than its nearby competitor, no wonder at 1030am Sunday the place is kind of empty while the other place has a 45mins wait.
