I was at the super long check out line today and when cash register #5 was open and available, I walked over to the cashier. She then purposely grabbed a cup of drink and turned around to talk to her coworker on register #6, purposely avoiding me. I still walked up to her and placed all my items on the counter while she was chatting away with her coworker. I had to wait close to a minute before she started ringing up my items. She did not acknowledge me with a simple hello and gave me a disgruntled look the entire time. I cannot believe how lazy she was. The manager of the store needs to either let her go or tell her she needs to retire if she does not want to work. She is the lady with glasses and lots of makeup and on the older side. Read moreTS Emporium is a dependable spot for traditional Chinese herbs and everyday Asian groceries. The stores carry a wide variety of dried herbs, ginseng, tonic ingredients, and specialty items, making it convenient for anyone preparing herbal remedies or classic Chinese soups. Most locations are clean and organized, and some shoppers highlight friendly, knowledgeable staff who can answer basic questions. Prices are generally reasonable for common herbs, though rare or premium items can be costly and quality may vary between branches. Online ordering is available, but customer service reviews are mixed, so in-person visits are often the best way to inspect products and ensure freshness. Overall, TS Emporium is a solid choice for sourcing Chinese medicinal ingredients if you don’t mind checking quality...
Read moreI popped in yesterday to have a look. This store used to be a Builders Emporium to give you an idea of it's size. Basically a mosh pit of disorganized this and that what nots (knick knacks). An example of pricing is as follows: small plastic dust pan and broom (same as at Dollar Store) 13.99. Plastic hair comb 25.00. Tiny ceramic or glass animal figurine 25.00. There is alot going on in there and it and it appears to be broken up into smaller subleased areas but nothing is separate or labeled it's very confusing to say the least and unless you've won the lottery and speak the language don't bother stopping in even for an ordinary everyday product, it will take you all day to find it and it's impossible to differentiate staff...
