When thinking of the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex, the golf course at Alister MacKenzie design or the driving range comes to mind. This is what I found: 1. Alister MeKenzie 18 holes- easy to play, well maintained course, from the designer of Cypress Point on Monterey peninsula. It has a second course Arcade that is very beginner friendly. Costs as low as $25 to walk. Both courses can be walked. 2. The driving range has 100 stalls, is open at night, and has top flight ball traker systems for every stall. For each club, you can see how far your ball went, as well as distance straight, right, or left. 3. Golf Super Store - sale items for apparel, clubs, etc. usually at sale prices. 4. Event center - which brought me there for an event for Charles Schwab to see speaker LizAnn Sonders (Chief Financial Analyst). 5. Probably catered by MacKenzie's an excellent on-site restaurant. The food was good! I enjoyed breakfast and lunch on previous occasions. *This visit reminded me of all the available experiences at this unique local venue.

This was our first wedding for the year and it was a pleasure to have Haggin Oaks host my brides wedding. Our company Over The Top Events Parties, provided wedding coordination. Rebecca was responsive, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The coordinators there were super helpful, waiters and were very friendly and so much fun to work with. Over The Top Events Parties, looks forward to working with Rebecca and her team. Great job ladies, way to bring in our first wedding for the year. Our bride + groom were very happy with the level of attention and care. The venue grounds are well kept, the sunset from the tent was spectacular, the tent is covered in drapping with chandeliers hanging from ceiling. Beatiful backdrop for a wedding or social event. Thank you so much for making the day fun and enjoyable.

First club fitting ever at this place after 14 years of avid golfing! PGA tour ex pro Steve Olsen was my fitter and he was everything I hoped for. Knowledgeable enough to answer all of my questions about every dynamic of the irons I was testing, and great customer service. Ended up getting a new set of P730’s 👏🏽 please try this place out for a fitting and set up an appointment with Steve :)

I've been coming here since my wife and I got married in 2003 between hole #1 and #18 on the McKenzie side. I've seen this place improve every year and now frequent it for my son's golfing tournaments and lessons.

They have an EXCELLENT youth program that utilizes First Tee principals and decades of youth golf experience. If you're looking to get your son or daughter into golf, you must start here.

The driving range is huge with half the stalls using an automatic loader. The range itself is mostly dirt, but a few fun targets. It's open late with plenty of lighting. It's not a pretentious place and is great for the beginning golfer.

They have several practice greens and chipping areas and 3 rentable academy holes for the serious golfer looking for advanced practice.

They have a miniature golf area that is in excellent shape for the little ones to practice.

They have a custom fitting center that utilizes TrackMan, a very advanced video analysis system. It costs extra, even if you buy clubs, which is kind of a bummer.

Their golf super shop is humongous and would rival any freestanding golf store. Prices are reasonable, but wish they had more sales or coupons or discount racks.

2 courses to choose from with a total of 36 holes. The Arcade Creek side is definitely the easier of the two, with an option for foot golf. The Alister McKenzie side is usually top notch and worthy of advanced golfers--but call ahead and ask about the shape of the course. It doesn't drain well and there are some interesting side effects.

The restaurant and bar are updated with lots of seating and televisions playing sports. High quality food and reasonable prices. Starbucks coffee.

I've been to several weddings and catered events since my own wedding and it is always very nice. The outdoor Pavilion is surprisingly cool in the summer and a very nice venue that can achieve borderline fancy status.

If this place was to be rated strictly as a golf course, I'd probably only give it 3-3.5 stars because it's just average and a tad pricey. But as a destination for all things golf, there is something for everyone here. The exceptional variety and customer service and plethora of experiences put this in the 4-4.5...

I recently had a club fitting with Kyle and it was even better than I expected. The technology they have provides critical information to help identify each of the appropriate club components that compliment your swing. However, it was Kyle's knowledge of the products, his understanding of the mechanics of the game, and most importantly his attention to my individual swing that led us to finding the right clubs. His expertise led to reconfiguring my bag by eliminating the useless clubs I had as a result of my distance (eliminating my existing 3 and 4 irons) and filling the needed shorter distance with a gap wedge. We ended up finding an iron set that added 15-30 yards and resulted significantly more consistent shots.

He also helped me identify the appropriate hybrid to bridge the distance between my 5 iron and my driver. Without this help, I would have continued to carry 3 unnecessary clubs in my bag and be missing critical tools to improve my score.

I never felt any pressure to buy anything I didn't need - in fact, we came in a few hundred dollars under the budget I had provided. It was clear Kyle's interest was in fitting me with the right irons, not the most expensive ones. Needless to say, I was very impressed by my fitting and I know that when it's time to look for a new driver or a wood, I can be confident in scheduling another fitting at...

I had the most amazing birthday round here last week. First off, everyone there especially in the Pro Shop, Starters, Marshals, Beverage gals and sales team in that HUGE store was soooooo nice, friendly, helpful and super professional. I felt so welcome and immediately felt at home. I came here with my bestie and we werent sure what to expect. It was our first time there. For women, it can be a little intimidating coming to a new course but the people here make me want to drive the 70+ miles from San Francisco. We played the MacKenzie course and it was lovely. I met some new friends and was so graciously welcomed by a local player too who saw an awesome shot I made onto the green. Thank you Nate for the gatorade, I owe you one :-) I just cant wait to return and have been talking about it ever since. Thank you!!!! I will never forget this experience. I also have to mention that they have the most amazing and huge golf store I have ever seen. Yes even way better than PB. The merchandising and curation was like I was in golf heaven WOW!! paradise, I got to say hello to the mastermind of the store and that also made my day. Thank you...
