I filled out their pre application online and got told that I was approved for a no money down bad credit loan. Then I got a c a ll from someone calling herself Jazzy to confirm the appointment. I asked her about my income meaning that I work with Uber and Lyft and only had proof of income through them and she said yes. I was pre approved and she would work with me to get a car. Then I got another call from another rep asking to confirm the same appointment and I asked all the same questions and he said that it was all good and I would get a car. I spent 80 dollars on an Uber to get there. After I sat down with a rep she asked for proof of income I started to download my documents from lyft and Uber and then she said oh sorry we don't work with Uber and Lyft drivers. I told her about my calls before and she said she had no idea of that because she was not the one who took the call. I asked if maybe they could get me an Uber or lyft ride back home and she said she couldn't. I asked if I could stay there until I got a ride back and she agreed. She made a few calls to prospective customers and the moment she started to chit chat with another rep, a supervisor yelled from her office that they needed to shut up and focus on making 60 calls plus appointments. Smh I saw a few of them talk bad about the supervisor and then someone got pulled to the side..all in all very shady biz that lies to get people to go in thinking they will get a deal and then turns around...

I went into this with 3 vehicles in mind from sister lots at other locations. Walked into this location and bought a car. Great customer service here even though everyone is a busy bee. Excellent multi-tasking, acknowledged everyone who walked through the door. Quinton the GM was super knowledgeable, made my car buying process as least painful as possible. As we all know, we are living in times of inflation and I was dreading buying a car. I felt like I was going to sign my life away.

But he made my sister and I laugh, comfortable and fully knowledgeable during the entire process before proceeding. He offered us complimentary refreshments and snacks. Answered every question thoroughly, let us test drive the vehicle, went over any potential concerns and completed a vehicle inspection with us. I didn’t feel pressured, rushed or like he was a salesmen. Most importantly he was HONEST. I appreciate his above and beyond customer service and consistency. He ended my special moment with a picture and a bow! My sister and I thank you truly for this incredible experience and wish everyone can experience buying a car with the same experience as we did…

I contacted drive time spoke to a man by the name of Quentin sorry if I didn't spell right anyway told him my situation told him I would have to rent a car to get to Sac from Redding and that I didn't want to waste his time or mine if I wouldn't be able to get a car he said rent that car and get here we will hold the malibu for you and get u into it today I was hesitant but I trusted his word got in the rental got down to Sac that's when I meat with the most amazing woman VANESSA TORRIJOS she really work so diligently and hard helping to get all our paperwork screened shot sent you name it to get us approved for our new vehicle she worked past business hours to help us she went so far and above for us the whole staff was so amazing and we had the most awesome and the most amazing experience so if you are in need of a car don't hesitate go to drivetime in Sacramento and ask for them I guarantee you will too have the most amazing experience if I could rate them a million stars I would thank you guys so much we love our vehicle...
