Sacramento Mobile Home & RV Park — Attraction in Sacramento

The 5 stars I'm giving is for the manager Francis. She really does have a tough job ever since the change of ownership. I've lived here going on 5yrs. She's stuck between a hard spot and a harder spot. She has a job to do and I respect her for that, but what the new owners ask her to do concerning the tenants and the upkeep of the grounds, is very uncalled for. This is a trailer park, not a 5 star resort!!. Most of the tenants are elderly and not quite able to move around or work around their homes as well as they used to be able to. Yard work for instance, I suggested that the management hire someone to maintain those tenants yards that would like for someone to take care of and put the charges for the upkeep in our monthly rent payments. Only those that approve of this and sign up for this service. Some of us are terminally ill, COPD, CANCER, LUPUS, ETC... I KNOW THAT I MYSELF WOULD LIKE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. AND I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT IT WOULD REALLY CUT OUT MOST OF THE FLACK THAT FRANCIS ENCOUNTERS ON A DAILY BASIS. GOOD LUCK FRANCIS. MUCH RESPECT TO AND FOR YOU. Also fix the tenants parking problem, and open the 2 side gates during the day time every day. Suggested times, 8a.m - 7 or 8p.m., because truthfully it is a FIRE HAZARD, WITH THEM BEING LOCKED AS THEY ARE, AND NO TENANT, THAT I KNOW OF, AS A KEY TO THE LOCKED GATES. The main reason why we picked this park was because of the positive reviews regarding the management. Frances Llamas is very responsive and understanding. The night that my son was moving to the park he got caught in a winter storm and had an accident. Ms Llamas waited for him to get safe late at night. She communicated with us all the time to inquire about him on his way there. Although the park is surrounded by homeless people it was not a problem inside the park. The neighbors were nice, and the park is a quite and safe place to live. The RV was left alone in the park for a month while going on vacation with no no problems. Everything was intact. The only reason why my son had to leave after 7 months was due to a medical emergency otherwise he would had stay. Thank you Frances for being such a nice person. I wish...

I am relocating to California from Mississippi in a short 2 months, and my fiancee and I recently bought an RV together. We were struggling to find a good community to set up and live that was reasonable. Then we came across Sacramento MH & RV.
