We partnered with this church when I was working at the Rock of Roseville and they were awesome to work with. Everyone in the church was incredibly generous and very hospitable. It's was an honor to work side by side with people who love Jesus so much and have the same heart to see the churches of Sacramento unify. The church building was beautiful, the Pastor and his staff treated us like family, we came in at 6am and built entire stage, backdrop, cameras, sound, and then 48 hours later we tore it all down. The staff and the members we're all hospitable, helpful, gracious, and couldn't have been more accommodating. There were like 15 different Speakers/Pastors who spoke on unity, and people from over a hundred churches in the Sacramento area were welcomed as guests. It was called โA city that looks like heavenโ and that is exactly what it was, people from all different races and denominations gathered in unity and the love of God was poured out, as we worshiped, and prayed, and gave our God the glory. The entire event went off without any issues, again I had never been there before but I was treated like family from the moment my team and I walked in the door. It is a testimony to the awesome leadership that serves this church. It's been a few years since the event, but I was going through some old pictures and I came across some the stage and backdrop. When I saw the pictures I was reminded of the heart we all shared for unity and the love I was shown by the Pastor and his staff. It was an excellent representation of what the universal body of Christ should be like, I can't help but think aboutbhow much our world needs that right now so I thought I would leave a loving review to go with the pictures. I hope it blesses anyone who reads it, this church was a huge blessing to all of us, the Pastor and the church members we're excellent hosts, and Jesus got and continues to get all the glory. Be blessed and remember we are all part of the beautiful body of Christ. I remember feeling so welcomed that returned for Sunday service and was blessed by excellent worship and a powerful message. Visit this church if you have the chance, ( after COVID-19) and you won't be...
ย ย ย Read moreI love St. Paul. I have been a member since 1984. I was drawn to this church because of the warmth of the congregation, the strong and steady leadership and compassion for people by Pastor Williams, and the many ministries for all age groups. When I joined in 1984 my children sang in the Little Workers Guild choir and now in 2016, my grand children are singing. There is a strong youth ministry, a growing young adult ministry, youth church, a children's church and a nursery for children age 6 month's to 4 years old. And there are Bible study classes for all ages, whether single or married, Mens ministry and Women's ministry, Alert girls and Manhood development. The Family Life Center offers fitness classes and many other activities. I also love the outreach programs that serve the church and community through food, clothing, the angel tree, tutoring for students, scholarships for those members applying for college and the winter sanctuary program. St. Paul continues to grow and strives to meet the needs if it's congregation through evangelism, ministry and outreach, but most of all, it strives to be a congregation that loves the Lord, believes in the power of prayer and Bible study and is equipped to bring others to...
ย ย ย Read moreHi I'm a from believer in the Lord and the Lord told me to call this church to see if they can help in my situation. This church takes ties and offering every Sunday and do very well too. My situation is I'm a homeless mother of three and I need help with my sumd bill to get into a place of my own well this church secretary turned me down without even speaking to a decon or a pastor the lady didn't offer prayer ๐๐พ to my situation so I say this to say God knows who is really doing his work and who's not and if you're church is doing well financially you have a obligation to help the poor exspeailly your own people and if you don't you will be punished it might not happen now but it will surely happen and I'm disappointed ๐ in churches that don't even want to hear your story or for that matter pray for your situation. God is not playing games with churches politics, celebrities or anyone if you not doing the right thing in 2024 or any year you will not be spared you will get punished f taking people money and not giving back to the needy but you don't have to listen to me just sit...
