Hello Beautiful Soulz I went here to purchase a replacement bat for my motar, I grabbed a large bowl and was advised I was not able to purchase separate. So I thought I'd purchase a smaller bowl set to add to my collection and was advised it was the same price. I dislike going to places that have missing prices. I feel they can be selective with whom they charge what. I cook many different Cultural dishes, and I like purchasing the items and seasoning to make it close to authentic as possible. I am not sure if it because of my race when I frequent certain stores, I have not felt welcomed. One in particular I was literally followed, down every single isle, the lady followed me...yes in 2025. I am very well presenting and not walking around with a huge empty purse. I am however very slow and enjoy my shopping experience so that may have given the wrong message. Also most of the items are not in English so that's a huge barrier. I enjoy the quality and freshness of fruits and veggies they offer. Most importantly most of those items are purchased locally from small growers in our local communities so that helps alot. At this location I needed spicy basil for lemingrass tofu dish I make its a healthier and vegetarian version of lemongrass chicken and thought I grabbed it, the checker said no. So I ran back and again no labels I asked for help from three workers and they were not able to speak English but didn't feel the need to make sure I was able to get help or get what I was looking for and just walked away. So I decided to purchase what I did (spent $60) grabbed my items ( I grabbed some yummy asian snacks for a video), thanked the checker and left. Note to businesses in communities that have a melting pot of customers, take care of you customers...all your customers even when you are specific in culture a true chef such as myself (lol) loves to shop everywhere because I love to cook. Feeling welcome where we spend money feels great, so support everyone who comes to your store, you just never know. Ok luv...
Read moreWorst place to shop at. One of the workers over there actually lives behind my family's apartment and like she literally made her co-worker talk to me about a noise complaint. I was literally there to buy some ice cream for my mom and they both held me prisoner to interrogate me. The worker has short hair and wears glasses. Her co-worker told me that my family was being loud at 2-3 A.M. Sunday morning. I just told them that we have a new kitten to take care of and I wasn't even up at that time because I'm still in high-school. Her co-worker thought that I said "kidney" and later on I had to say baby cat just to make her co-worker understand what I'm saying. Like if the lady with short hair with glasses wanted to tell my family to be quiet at night, just come to our door and tell us rather than holding me prisoner and making it uncomfortable for the other customers. It's not always my family that's loud at night because my family would be asleep at 2-3 A.M. The employees and workers will always give my mom strange looks and always talk bad about her and as her son I can't do anything about it but to tell my mom to ignore them and do our own thing. The lesson here is that I should've said "I have the right to remain silent, unless you have a lawyer." And that nobody should shop there at ALL. To make them go out of business just don't shop there and see them suffer and learn...

Wow! We were in Woodland for a wedding and haven’t had a good duck for ages. The duck got a pretty good review on Google, and since it was on the way home - we live in Murphys- we thought we’d stop by, do some shopping for Asian necessities, and grab a duck.
There were a couple of reviews that did mention some misgivings concerning the employees chopping of the duck, but we proceeded .
As the barrier was very high surrounding the stand that was used for the chopping, my husband had to stand on his tippy toes to watch the lady chopping the duck. He’s old and couldn’t hold that position for long, but tried to watch many times.
Imaging our surprise when we got home, opened the carton and found that we had four (4) duck legs. Of course, we only had 2 pieces of breast.
Talk about disappointing! Our first duck in over a year and we were ripped off!
We’ve lived and traveled extensively in Asia, and have been bamboozled before. But never before in the USA.
BEWARE! This place will...
