Let me tell you the last time I left a review on this store. I gave four out of five stars, this time, i'm making it a solid five. The same individual who checked me out last time was there this time along with the owner. Although I did not remember him at first, he was able to recall the event quicker than I was.So that makes a big difference for 1. 2. They have condensed the store down somewhat, but they'd gone with a higher quality goods. And have kept the prices within reason.Unlike some places i've gone to. Once the associate and I started talking, I recalled that I did a review and I showed the owner and the associate my review. They clearly saw that my review had obviously brought them some business and they showed me some appreciation with the discount they gave me on top of the sale that was already going on with the item I purchased. I think that's pretty freaking awesome. So this time I'm giving them 5 stars, because again we fought them anywhere are outside their business to give them only 4 stars. We stopped by Boot Town Western Wear today — the store itself has some nice cowboy-style items, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we tried to record a short video for our Instagram stories (just to share and recommend the place), the staff stopped us and said filming wasn’t allowed.

It’s 2025 — social media is how small local businesses grow and get customers. During the 30 minutes we spent there, we were the only visitors in the store. Maybe it’s time to rethink the “no video” policy and realize that free exposure from customers is modern...

Wow. This store is a gem and so is Jonathan! My son needed some boots and jeans. Jonathan was so helpful and mindful of our budget. He asked all the right questions to ensure my son received exactly what he was looking for.

This store has everything you need, very well stocked - boots, hats, buckles, belts, jeans, shirts, jackets, accessories. Such a better alternative to that other big box western store.

Don't let the location deter you. It's in a brand new shopping center that is well lit and well maintained. Come and support this well deserving...
