As a business owner I somewhat expected better service than what I received from the owner, knowing how customer service works. Dalia(the younger woman) was super great and provided amazing service but the main owner ...not so much. I had ordered a dress & called the day after and asked to get one size up because I didn’t want it to be too small and I rather have to reduce it than try to alter and enlarge it as well to just confirm the order. Was sent in right. She told me that her measurements were right and that that’s how it was & just didn’t check or change anything. Following after I called to ask if the dress was at the store yet she said she’d call and I asked to be informed if it wasn’t shipped in too so I could plan my day accordingly & i received no call. Today, day before prom I get a call telling me the dress is in but in a whole different color & size. I was offerred a discount or refund. I ended up getting a refund because the dress was far too long & too big in general leavin me with a few hours before work to find a whole new dress. I ordered the dress because I knew I wouldn’t have time to. Do so & I ended up having to deal with te stress te day before my event because the order didn’t come in right...So yeah I was pretty unhappy, the owner needs to work on making sure the customer is satisfied, the new boutique I went to had amazing service and I was greeted and. It’s disappointing to see all of the negative reviews, they almost scared me into not going at all. Luckily we took a chance after seeing the large selection of beautiful gowns on TikTok, and we had a great experience at Dalia’s Boutique. My daughter is extremely picky, the last school dance we shopped for we went to at least 6 stores before she found something. This time, we were struggling to find something perfect for senior ball. We did a lot of online browsing, Dalia’s was the first and only store we went to. My daughter fell in love with a dress in the first few minutes we walked in. The prom dresses were between $200-400 which is extremely reasonable, and the owner does FREE alterations (hemming is an additional fee). My daughter is really small and her dress needed a lot taken in, Dalia did an amazing job at the alterations and it fit literally like a glove AND dress was ready in a week. You literally cannot beat this kind of dress quality and service. They were very busy each time we came in, the customer service is good but you have to have fair expectations with the traffic they have in the store and it is a small family owned business, you aren’t going to get a ton of personalized time with all of the customers they have to serve. I am so glad that we took a chance and found the perfect gown....

I cannot say enough about Dalia's. My daughter had prom tonight and had not found a dress as of 5 days ago and was out of town so we could not try on dresses. I came in to see what they had in stock that we might be able to purchase off the rack but did not find the one she wanted. The owner immediately showed me some catalogs with the style I liked and said if I got her my daughter's measurements first thing Monday morning she could have the dress rushed and it would arrive by Thursday. I went ahead and ordered a dress and hoped for the best, as prom was Friday. Come Thursday she sent me a text to let me know the dress came in. My daughter went by after school, tried it on and loved it but it needed alterations because of her height. The owner pinned the dress for alterations and told us to come back the next morning and it would be ready for her prom tonight. Today was prom and I was able to pick up her dress that fit like perfection. I have to disagree with the other reviews because these ladies were AWESOME and I told everyone about our great experience at pictures tonight.
