Subway — Restaurant in Sacramento

My account got hacked somehow and someone ordered themselves 2 sandwiches. I live in Philadelphia. Besides calling my bank and whatnot I also contacted the location to let them know not to fill the orders because its not me. This man tells me 2 other women called saying the same thing. When I told him not to fill the order and to cancel to get refund his response was "what am I going to do when they show up?" Plus, said he cant cancel it. So, I'm telling you I live 3k miles away and it's fraud but you're still going to let it happen? My bank refunded but subway has not. I also called the local police and made a report. There is also an investigation through my bank for them not refunding after being told it's fraud. The worst customer service. I walked out because the person helping didn’t look like she want to be there. She was rolling her eyes while making my sandwiches and when I looked at her, her co worker had the audacity to ask me why I was looking at her co worker in a weird way instead of. When I was walking away, I heard someone saying “she’s just 17”(which means she knew lol)! Oh well then you guys shouldn’t be employing anyone whose 17 and doesn’t know her job. I went there last Sunday 6/4/17, ordered (2)Foot longs and 1/2 sandwiches,but really disappointed how this woman counting on how much thin slices of onions(6) to put in my order,there was one extra slice of onion and literally put it back and she did that on every single vegetables,didn't even bother to put the spinach that I really like,when I got home,those sandwiches looked like Flat Bread,hardly no veggies,I went back the next day to see if she's there working so I can tell her that she's not making my sandwiches again and I'll walk out,luckily she's off that day,the regular crews were back who do a much better job,she's the one and only who's counting veggies.I give the rest of the...
