I used this company twice in May. The first was to get a number one balloon filled for my son's first birthday pictures. While they were limited on the color selection, they were quick. I spoke with a worker on planning ahead and if it was doable to order 25 balloons the week of my son's party at the end of the month. I placed my order online the week of my son's party and chose Saturday in the morning for pickup. I placed a simple order of one bundle #9 blue and yellow balloons, paid extra for weights, and then paid extra for the make it last longer option. When Saturday came, I arrived to pick up my balloons in the morning and they were not ready, in fact I was told they didn't even start them. I asked them what time they closed and then said I would be back about a hour before as I had to run many errands to finish gathering everything for the party. I come back in the afternoon to get my balloons and they gave my order away to another person! The worker tracked down who took the balloons and they said they will bring them back. After waiting over a half hour the person brought the balloons back and they were dirty, some were missing, and the string was all messed up. She then had to re-string all my balloons and I felt like an inconvenience because she kept saying she wanted to close the shop early. She also filled up more balloons for me. When I asked for my weights she said they don't come with the package, but I had my receipt pulled up. I didn't even ask for her to make new balloons with the ones that were dirty. I understand it is a busy time of the year, they were busy the day I went in at the beginning of the month. I also know all jobs have stress and during busy times that stress increases. I wish I was able to get a refund because I spent almost another hour waiting in the store. I am very disappointment in this company after giving them two chances. Use caution when placing orders...

5 years ago when I wrote this review the first time I gave the store a 5 star rating. After today I will be changing that opinion.
Not at all impressed with the selection of available balloons however I did find something that worked. My wife and I waited patiently for the lady to finish up grad balloons for the customer ahead of us. When it was our turn the lady picked out our balloons, we paid for them and then she proceeded to wait on the next customer without even inflating them?? She allowed them to pick out the balloons and talk about the arrangement, pick the weight and pay! All before even getting back to us. Absolutely horrible customer service. So we asked for a refund. The lady says "why" very rudely and we said that we just want our money back. She then proceeds to make a phone call to ask someone if she should give the refund(balloons still not even inflated) and says "I don't know why". Finally gives us our money back and as we are leaving the store she snickered with the couple that she waited on ahead of us and said "yeah I've been having this problem all day with impatient people".
Just a note to management When you wait on someone you don't just skip to the next people without finishing the job. We waited very patiently until we were line jumped. We will never come back to this location and it's very sad because this has been our go to spot for many many years supporting our local...
