Crudup’s — Restaurant in Saginaw

I walked into SVRC excited to choose my 3 places to eat. Well 2 because I already knew what was for dessert and my beverage. Crudups is tuck nice on the outside of the walking circle so they're easy to find. I place my order and I received a pager to let me know the food is done, which is super neat because I can still walk around and enjoy myself while my food is getting prepared. The young lady at the counter was super dry. Not a customer service vein in jer body, which is a "Yikes" moment being the face of the company. I even told a Lil Jokey joke and she didn't laugh🤷🏾‍♀️. The food. I got the 10 piece wing. Half lemon pepper and half jerk. Instead of fries, I got double pasta salad. The chicken lack 95% crunch with left me with gooey skin and the seasoning was very faint. When you have Bigger wings....It requires hot grease and cook a Lil longer so it won't be so wet....the pasta salad had great toppings, however, it was dry and bland. I ordered the turkey leg, the reviews on fb made it hard not to want to try it. My total came up to $15.89 which i thought was a tad bit high but oh well i wanted one. The turkey leg itself was dry and tough and no seasoning. It looked like my seasoning got steamed off somehow. The skin was slimy and gooey! The rice was dry and crispy around the edges which let me know it was old not fresh. The dent in the rice where the turkey leg layed was slimy and mushy it looked like it had been in that position for a while! The rice taste had a lot of sage in it.! Yuck! Bad experience for a first time customer! The advertised turkey legs on fb was a total GANK! FOR THE PRICES TO BE LIKE THAT THE FOOD SHOULD...

I ordered the 6 peice lemon pepper wing dinner with double corn, the leg quarter dinner with corn and fries and peach cobbler. The corn was different but, so delicious, I want more. The wings were so flavorful and moist. The leg quarters were more than I expected, two decadent leg and thigh, perfectly seasoned, juicy pieces of grilled meat with the Crudup bbq sauce. The fries fried just perfectly for my taste. The cobbler was just just the right amount of damn it's good. It is always great food...
