It's oooookay. I am from metro detroit so the pho game there is strong. So is the banh mi and freshrolls and etc. Because there is no competition up here in a non-innovative area, there is nothing to compare it to. Therefore, its known as a very good place qith very good pho. Wrong. It is not. the pho is alright, its more bland than usual. What is good is that they give you alot of protein. We had the all meat pho and all meat banh mi. The banh mi was okay. Not horrible but the veggies were not sweet like they are supposed to be. On top of all of that. The price is ridiculous. $8-11 really? In the southeast of michigan u can easily find pho places that sell pho for $5 a bowl (a bowl as in a big bowl). The banh mis are typically $3-4. Again, because there is no competition they can jack up the price. But as for someone who has had many many phos and banh mis. This one eh aight. I could make better tasting pho than that. If you guys want good pho and are in the area, look up places such as "pho tai" "saigon diamond" and "que huong". 2...
Read moreSurprisingly disappointed. I haven’t been back in a few years so I figured I’d give it a try to see if the food has improved. The reviews are excellent so why not. This is not authentic tasting at all. If you frequent Vietnamese restaurants, you’re likely to find this will not hit the mark. The beef pho was so bland. The broth tasted watered down. They serve the pho to go, with the noodles and soup combined, where as other pho restaurants serve them separately so the noodles don’t get soggy. The veggies aren’t pickled and had no flavor. Due to the bland veggies and boiled shrimp, the summer rolls were not good. The pork banh mi again had bland veggies, no pate and the pork was more fat than meat. Unfortunately, I’ll just have to drive south for Vietnamese food. My husband is picky and asked for no veggies in his pho, rice bowl and banh mi and they did not accommodate. Please get some flavor. Stop white...
Read moreFirst time trying Pho. So, I will say I did like it. My fault that I didn't add some soy sauce, Sriracha or other sauces they provide. The serving was large and there was plenty of chicken. The menu is neat and tidy. Not a huge selection to overwhelm you. My husband had the Banh mi sandwich and he said it was a simple sandwich that had good flavor. The bread was good and the pickled vegetables were not over pickled, more like a fresh pickled flavor. He said the pork had good flavor. Service was good and we got our food in a good amount of time. I say give this place a try it...
