In our recent escape room adventure, Kaitlan proved to be an absolutely incredible host. From the moment we walked through the doors to the very end of the game, she brought energy, professionalism, and charm that made the entire experience far more enjoyable than we could have imagined. Went to Escape U with my partner while visiting Florida. We played the Sneaky Snake Lounge with Andy as our host. Super fun experience, he even participated as a character in the experience. Kept us laughing whole time he was there. Some minor technical difficulties, but it was fun enough for us to try one of the other rooms immediately afterwards and we were so glad we did. We have done escape rooms in various other cities in Canada (from Toronto to Halifax) and The Old Jail was the best experience we've had in an escape room so far. It was very immersive, and once again Andy did a fantastic job participating as a character in the room. It would be better with a larger group since we did finish about a minute over time. The puzzles were just challenging enough to make us feel smart but we were running around like headless chickens a little bit trying to get it all done in time. I had such an incredible time doing the “Sneaky Snake” escape room with Chelsea! From the moment we stepped inside, we were transported into a clever, slithery world full of puzzles, twists, and hidden clues. The theme was spot-on — immersive, quirky, and just the right mix of eerie and fun. Every room felt like a new level of a game, and the attention to detail was insane.

Chelsea was the ultimate escape coordinator — sharp, quick-thinking, and hilarious the whole way through. Whether we were decoding ancient serpent symbols or ducking suspicious trapdoors, she brought such great energy and teamwork to the whole experience.
