Bought and payed for a matress from here as I was moving and need one to sleep on. Order everything two full weeks before I need it. The day it’s supposed to arrive I call and get told it won’t be there until the next day. I say okay. Rent and pay for a u haul truck to be able to move it (so I don’t have to pay their fee of 180 dollars to deliver it). Get there to pick it up and the box frame isn’t with it. They say they will order it but, it’ll be another two weeks. Why didn’t they order it the first time? I don’t know. Anyway, three weeks later, I’m laying on the floor, swiping spiders off of me in the night because I still have no box spring to prop my bed up, even though I already payed for it. Oh, AND I don’t own a truck so, when they finally do call, I’ll have to re rent and pay for ANOTHER U-Haul truck. I thought I would be getting a nice mattress that was affordable but, with how long I’ve been waiting and how much I’ve spent and am going to spend on trucks to move it, I might as well have just bought from an actual matress store. I’m so annoyed and this whole thing has been nothing but frustrating. And no one has even offered an apology or anything. They’ve just been rude and acted annoyed that I even bothered to ask when the rest of the matress set THAT I PAYED FOR, would be in. This is the second matress I’ve gotten from Saint Vincent. The first time was great and I have told everyone to go to them for their mattresses but, this experience has really deterred me and I will never be ordering from them again. A whole month to get my matress is crazy. And the fact that I have to pay for a truck twice to be able to move it is also, nuts. Thanks...
Read moreRegency Parkway Location, it was a manager by the name of Mr. Ivan that managed this store location and I just was told he was no longer there. My intuition told me he wasn’t because I would occasionally pop in from time to time and see him but as of lately I knew the stores had changed significantly!!!
I don’t want this to be bash session but a comment of concern. Is St. Vincent truly living out the mission for the people with these prices now on the furniture??? I donate often, pretty much whenever I can and it’s disheartening to know that this store seems a bit to forget the community of people who cannot afford to shop brand new!!!
Mr. Ivan would have this location very clean, detailed, and organized! The floors have been completely OVER FILLED AND FILTHY! The prices were affordable for the people. I never seen the store just over filled like this; the issue is the merchandise doesn’t move like it used to due to the prices!! The store just doesn’t have that glow as of lately!! I really would enjoy coming in and seeing that man smile and him giving you the history and the purpose behind his love for this store and people! BRING HIM BACK! Please!!! Read moreGreat price on the bed set. I would have given 5 stars, but customer service really needs some work. When I bought the bed set I was told I’d get a call when it was in. After 4 days with no call, I called them to ask if it was and the lady was very rude (the nicest way to say it without getting vulgar) and after finding that the bed set was in, I told her that my parents were away at a wedding, (the only way I can pick it up since it won’t fit in my car) until Tuesday, she insisted it HAD to be Monday. When I explained again why I couldn’t Monday she just kept telling me it had to be Monday night, refusing to work with me. Isn’t this a catholic place?
