Remix Popcorn & Delights — Attraction in Saint Paul

EDIT: Since talking to the owner on the phone I have decided to change my review from two stars to five. Not only did they reply very shortly after I posted, they also offered me to contact them and chat in addition to a full refund. She was so genuine and seemed extremely upset that my experience was lacking. For the emptiness of the bins, she said they were switching to freeze dried candies, so their stock was low temporarily. As for things being stale/weird tasting I found out the main offender (the wine gums) are supposed to be something you suck on actually, not something to be chewed. Apparently they're a European candy that had been requested by other customers, so I will take full blame for this. As for the other candies I thought were tough, the owner assured me they went through all of their stock (after I left the review but before chatting to me) and checked for freshness, tossing what they needed to. She asked me multiple times if there was anything else she could improve on because she welcomed criticism and wanted to make sure everything was set right for me. Never in my entire life has someone gone out of their way to make sure my personal experience was as best as it could be, especially a business. After the chat and refunding me, she also sent me an e-gift card should I ever want to return for a new experience. This place is AMAZING! The popcorn is fresh, creative, and downright addicting. It makes for perfect gifts too! Such an awesome variety. The real star of this place is the customer service. Every time I have been in I have been welcomed with smiles and kindness. It always seems to be the same two people, as they mentioned it is a family business, and they are such a pleasure to be around. Being in the service industry myself, it is a rare to come across such helpful and happy people.
