Messed up my screen repair then took the new screen back and put a way more broken old screen back on my phone. Not Happy with the service solutions. ————————— Ok then, I’ll edit my review. Everyone at the store acted with a professional attitude. My qualms are not with the staff themselves, but company policy. I have a $700 iPhone 11 with a broken screen. I looked online for iPhone repair and your store is the first to pop up. Not until I got to the store for my appointment did I find out it’s not an official apple iPhone repair shop and the parts used are not genuine Apple. Whatever your website may say or claim is irrelevant, I didn’t read past the name NH iPhone repair and I called for an appointment. I had already taken the afternoon off to get my phone fixed and run errands so I just went with it. A day later I realize the battery is draining faster than ever before and there is a couple light spots in the middle bottom corner of my screen. No matter what you say about the battery drain couldn’t have anything to do with you, the problem no longer exists with my old screen back on. With my $700 phone, if someone screws up a repair, why would I let them do it again? I won’t, that’s not an acceptable solution for me. Putting my now way more broken screen back on and refunding my money was also not an acceptable solution. it’s more broken than when I came in originally and I’ve now waisted hours of my time. My repair was obviously not done correctly the first time so I’m getting the repair done from an official Apple repair shop with genuine Apple parts. If you had offered to refund all of my money and left the defective screen on I would’ve been happy enough and thought that was fair. If you had offered to refund most of my money except for the amount of your cost for the screen, I wouldn’t have been happy but I would have accepted it and wouldn’t have left a bad review. Bottom line, putting on a defective screen and then only offering to put the original (now completely busted because it had been removed and then put back on) screen on is not an acceptable solution for me, or I feel anyone else when dealing with...

In all of my years on this earth and dealing with all kinds of people in the customer service industry, AJ IS BY FAR THE MOST intelligent , helpful, informative, and patient soul I have ever encountered! My iPhone slipped off the dashboard of truck and out the window, and was left outside in the elements for 2 days before I finally located it. So needless to say it was totaled!! You have no idea what I went through trying to retrieve my cloud data. After dealing with Apple Reps 😒 for over 10 hours , trying to get my vital data from my iCloud , because I was unable to get phone operating, APPLE was useless! I was devastated thinking I lost everything. I went into see Aj, WITH WHAT WAS LEFT OF MY PHONE, and I finally felt a glimmer of hope that he would be able to retrieve my photos, contacts, and all data, and got a totaled phone operating again within minutes!!! The intel he has acquired over time, is a valuable skill and I am forever thankful for his help! I truly hope he gets the recognition he deserves because Aj is an asset to that company! Without hesitation, I would refer his services to anyone that needs his help! I'll be back with the MAC! He is Superman getting that phone to...

I tend to do my own stuff when it comes to tech - I’m the kind of person that tends to trust themselves over others. It doesn’t help that when I usually go to a tech repair place or call tech support for something, I’ll sometimes find I have more knowledge about the device than the person behind the desk. (I’ve got horror stories!) I was pleased to find that when I came to NH iPhone Repair, however, that was not the case.

I came to them with a shattered iPhone 7 screen and a broken home button/Touch ID. AJ, the repair person for my phone, seemed extremely knowledgeable about the device, gave reasonable effort to diagnose the issues I had with it, and provided good advice based on what they discovered. You could tell that AJ knew iPhones. On top of that, the cost of the repair was quite reasonable - I actually went to them because quality repair parts cost about as much as having them do it.

I feel like, based on my experience, that I could reasonably recommend someone to come here if they need a repair for their iPhone. And I’m nitpicky when it comes to recommending stuff when it comes to tech...
