Salem NH Rail Trail — Attraction in Salem

Great place to take your kids for a walk or ride, but gets very busy. Watch out for overweight rogue cyclists who think they're entitled to go as fast as they want and zip around you and your kids, while not realizing they need to control their speed better (much like drivers behind you are always at fault if they rear end you). Also, can't believe the police patrol the trail on motorcycles! They go too fast and create a dangerous condition. How about encouraging our men and women in uniform to shed a few pounds and get on some police bicycles, like they do in many other cities across the country? This is...

This place is desolate and barren. Whoever associated the pond pics with this location is a huge liar. There is no pond or "nature preserve here". Instead its a barren trail lined with power lines. Dont visit if you were expecting a nice green park to connect with nature. It's the total opppsite. Again, shame on the person who put these pics in their review. It has misled many people.
