Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Salem

The chicken was good fried chicken, but nothing special, sure as heck didn't taste any seasoning I was hoping for but, the only positive thing about this meal was my chicken was crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. Ordered the promotional 5 piece "2can dine" and got home to only 4 pieces. Because of lack of side options settled for mashed with gravy and mac n cheese.(was really liking the green bean option but it was taped over on the outside sign, so assuming they just dont have it there) Mashed side was full but not even enough gravy to taste, Mac was only half full, but even worse, the pasta was softer than the mashed potatoes. I had been dying to try Popeye's for the first time and now am left completely disappointed. If I try there again I think it will have to be just the tenders or sandwiches because seeing the line there everytime I passed has me believing there has to be something good there, maybe I'll have to do a side by side comparison with KFC. While the other workers seemed pleasant and smiled the girl working the drive up window not only looked and acted plain miserable, didn't say a single word during the entire transaction, and I made sure I hit her with thank you very much, both when she handed back my card and when she handed me the food, have a great evening.... One Star because i have to pick a rating, this is for the managment of the resturant. Her name i believe is nisa if i heard correctly. I came in to order my meal like anyone else after i paid and got my food i notice it wasn’t what i wanted. So the lady sheila helping me was polite. So she went to nisa for help on changing the order nisa got mad at sheila for getting the order wrong or interrupting. Sheila came back to tell me sorry i gotta wait for my manager. I waited just about 5 minutes or so while i watched the manager help the drive thru the whole time she did not at one time come to tell me hold a minute or so or anything about a wait time. More time passed so i asked another employer to tell the manager i ben waiting for her approval on changing an order on the screen. The employer i asked was a male and simply told me your gonna have to wait longer. Sure why not the food taste better cold, so i waited another 5 minutes or so while the restaurant takes other customers orders. Sheila helping me from the start suggested giving me a refund in cash since i used a debit card. Then finnally at that time nisa comes and says “sorry about that” i told nisa Nope i’m all set she quickly turnes around and says “okay” and continous helping the drive thru. While there was nothing wrong with food, I really cannot give it a better than 3 star rating when it is not what you ordered. This explains the 1 star service, as my entire order received was not what I ordered. And it represents a comedy of errors too, as my order placed was for 2 Classic Flounder Sandwiches and a large Insweetened Ice Tea and what was given to me was 2 Spicy Flounder Sandwiches and a large Sweet Tea, which pretty much means I wasn't handed the person behind me order. Of course I did not discover this until I drove home. And before writing this on line review, no one answered the Popeyes #11450 Salem NH number and the tellpopeyes survey wanted more information about my household than I felt comfortable giving out before being able to write about my problem. It also took 15 minutes of wait time at the drive thru to get this incredibly wrong order, a order that fed my trash can more than me as I dumped the drink and only ate half of the one sandwich before tossing number 2. All for $14.40. Granted the receipt does list Sweet Tea, which means the person who took the order misheard me or hit the wrong button when I ordered Ice tea unsweetened but tge Sandwiches are clearly Classic Flounder not spicy as received.
