We went here today for the first time and the lady at the front from the beginning was rude and unprofessional. She asked for my kids to stand and get measured and I did but she wasn’t paying attention, and I told her my 1 year old baby isn’t even close to 42 inches. My mother in law grabbed a water when we walked in and we put it on the counter right in front of the girl. She asked us to go do the waivers and I left the water there. I told her I’m leaving the water here. The whole time we were filling out the waiver, paying and getting socks I guess she didn’t ring up the water but we took it thinking she had scanned it. We paid over $80 today to jump and they had someone come up to us telling us we stole the water. Very unprofessional. Then the whole time the guy worker up front stared at us and kept an eye on us. After all said and done, we went to leave and I asked for the ladies name at the front and the worker refused to give it to me. Skip this trash city and go to the one in goffstown. Much friendly, CHEAPER, and CLEANER. WILL NEVER COME BACK.
Let me just edit this to reply. I’m actually quite concerned about the sobriety of your workers today. SO MANY FALSE STATEMENTS IN YOUR REPLY and never have I seen a company reply and blame so many other people for all the mistakes you guys are making. Go ahead and check the cameras because we put it right on the desk in front of you and told you we wanted to pay for it before the waivers. we spent over $100 there, trust me we wouldn’t steal your $3 over priced water. Because your front desk lady had an attitude and didn’t want to do her job. After they came and told us she didn’t ring it up we went right over and paid for it. No one is stealing anything. I’m confused as to why the lady never asked any of us about the water before we walked off? All you had to do is say hey did you still want the water? If I was stealing your water I wouldn’t have put it right by the cashier the whole time. ALSO WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT NOT ONE TIME DID I DRINK THIS WATER AS STATED IN REPLY. This is why your business only had 10 kids in there today, this place is a dump. And that’s also a lie, check the cameras again because I wasn’t even over there when she gave out wrist bands, I was over sitting on a table taking my kids socks and shoes off because the lady also didn’t ring us up right and we had to do 2 transactions. I’ll be contacting corporate and the BBB. I also have it recorded on my phone after the front desk lady was unprofessional and rude. and I don’t have a 4 year old… which states on the waiver and he’s not over 42 inches so I didn’t have to push him down. But don’t worry We won’t ever be back, and neither should anyone else who cares about their kids. You guys should look up pride. YOUR BUSINESS IS GROSS, UNSANITARY, and UNPROFESSIONAL. The amount of false statements in your reply is malicious. ALL YOUR REVIEWS STATE THE SAME THINGS. UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS AND DIRTY FACILITY. You guys should take some accountability. Every bad review you guys have(which is a lot) you guys blame your guest. Probably should take a look how you guys do business. And I’ll make sure everyone knows how you guys...
Read moreI attended my niece's birthday party there yesterday, it was booked 3-5pm. My cousin checked in and was told to go to the party room at 2:55pm. We go to the room and there was a full on party still going on, just sitting down to eat their pizza, didn't have cake yet, but according to the schedule posted the party was to be done by 245pm to allow for the clean up and set up of the next party. Note in the pict there was no party scheduled before the 1245pm party.
When my cousin went back to the front and let the manager know there was a party in there, the manager decided that she would not do her job, but instead request that OUR PARTY just stand outside the door and window and wait. I let my cousin know that we will not be doing THEIR JOB. Finally at about 3:05pm the party brought out the cake and the fun city party host waited till they were done singing to let that family know they would need to move out of the room, which was finally at about 315pm. What proceeded after this was entirely ridiculous: They had that one teenage party host in the room to clean up the party mess, set up the new party, whilst checking the kids in, giving socks and wristbands. When my cousin asked the front for another person to help, she was denied. We ended up cleaning up from the other party and setting up our own party. Kids were not even out there to jump till 330pm. The party host tried to save face and let my cousin know that the manager graciously agreed to allow us to stay 20 mins, forgetting its not just about the missed time, but also not getting the service she was to pay for: room clean up, party set up, drinks in fridge, essentially a seamless and stress free experience. When my cousin asked to speak to an adult the manager and her lackey decided to call their rent-a-cop with a camera and a weapon to come join them to confront and intimidate my cousin. They didn't bank on there being more than enough support from the witnesses of the whole thing. Her father in law negotiated a price with the staff with the promise pizza would be there at 430. Pizza came late and the drinks came even later while the kids were super thirsty after jumping for an hour. The best part of this was that the next day, the invoice showed they charged for 20 kids when in fact there were 15 kids. Note the walls are missing paint and the bell to ring your host is literally not even on the door.
From management to regular staff, it is clear that they want to do the bare minimum at their job. They also have zero customer service and time management skills that are required for coordinating events of any kind. They are fine with the customer doing their job, and expect to still get paid for it. I will never step foot in this...
Read moreIt saddens me to have to write this it truly breaks my heart. I felt discriminated against after paying for my 11-month toddler. I asked several times before paying if an 11-month old was allowed to participate in the trampoline activities, the front desk employee stated its doesn’t matter if he’s 11 months if he’s going to jump basically pay the fee which I did. I asked about three times to make sure, it was my first time bringing my 11 month old to this trampoline spot and I was accompanied by other family members. I was taken back and a little confused when an employee approached me and told me that I couldn't be in the same square as my 11-month-old because it might pose a risk or threat to the other jumpers. I explained that if I leave an 11-month-old unattended, he is at risk for injuries in the jumping area. I did explain he was on only one square the entire time, I stated I understood and I said that they should have told me this when I purchased the ticket, because I cannot leave an 11-month-old unattended in a jumping square. I will request a refund, but another employee obnoxiously interrupts and says, "we told you several times." I said Excuse me, but I'm already talking to an employee and mind your manners because this is the first time someone approached me. I requested to speak to the manager. He rudely continued to mouth off, He was the shift leader today. I did ask for my complete refund when I spoke with the manager, who couldn't care less on the situation. Since every other location is an obstacle course, I asked the manager where an 11-month-old can play securely except the square (jumping area). Because I did my job and asked three times whether it was acceptable for my 11-month-old to participate, I did let him know that staff members need to be reeducated on age, play areas and polices etc. He remained silent and wasn’t sympathetic or apologetic. I immediately left after receiving my refund.
My point is, why discriminate based on age and play area? Why did I not receive any details at the time of purchase? The behavior of the team lead and supervisor on shift today was highly offense and insulting. Staff need to be re-educated on policy, procedures, and mannerisms, and hopefully this will help staff give the correct intimation to customers upon purchase. I hope this is addressed so another paying family won’t have to experience the humiliation and discrimination that I...
