well,i bought a 85 inch TV and i knew i was in over my head with mounting,wire relocations,WiFi settings and just not enough time in the day etc,def not my cup of tea.Had the crew come by and look at the job,they had great ideas and suggestions for future installs as well.Long story short i came home to a super tight install. I reluctantly looked behind the TV and figured i would see a rats nest of wires as i have seen in other installs from other companies,but i was presently surprised how every thing was zip tied nice and neat,all the wires were together and followed the frame of the TV mount.they even mounted a gaming system behind the TV so it looks very clean minimalist.If you are thinking about doing a install yourself save your self the trouble and aggravation and have these guys get it done.You get what you pay for and i have got burned in the past,hands down i would...

Excellent installation and setup. Lacking in support and diagnosis and trouble shooting. Delay in completing minor missing components. Disappointed.

Yes, my glowing review was related to the high quality installation and setup. I am unaware of your other business commitments. When problems arose I helped as best as I could in assisting you with your remote troubleshooting, until you wanted me to deal directly with your vendor to prove it was or wasn’t related to you vendor, or wait until you had someone on another job available to trouble shoot it. This was your design and your vendor and I was not comfortable doing your job for you, so I chose to wait. My next inquiry about it I was told that person was on another job. 4 months later and still no resolution and no hopes in finding one. I definitely would not recommend...
