AMC CLASSIC Salina 10 — Attraction in Salina

My wife and I went to this theater to see a movie on the 4th of July. We walked in at 1:15 P.M. and found the seats we wanted. We began watching what was on the screen which was about gaming in the theater. This went on for a short while and then, we began watching advertisements. The movie was listed as beginning at 1:30 which we expected. Well, at 1:30, we continued to watch advertisement after advertisements on just about anything and everything, including upcoming movies. 20 minutes past the time the move was to begin, we were still watching advertisements and the sound volume was so loud that it gave me a headache. We went to watch a movie, NOT advertisements which we have to put up with on television. We went to the movie theater to watch a movie, get away from the standard protocol of ads and such but at the theater?? We felt that we had walked out of one advertising are into another. This is totally Ridicules and I have heard that the Salina, KS is notorious for ads. For this reason, my wife and I will NEVER return to AMC Classic, and, if we had not paid to see the movie, we would have gotten up and walked out after the ads continued after the movie startup time. And, for two drinks and popcorn costing a little over $18.00, THIS IS A CASE OF SERIOUS PRICE GOUGING!!!!!!!!! AMC Classics just lost another patron as we will NEVER RETURN to this theater!!!!! I now HATE...

Will never visit again completely ruined me and my girlfriends night. Me and my girlfriend were trying to see the new Halloween movie on Halloween weekend. Upon arrival they asked for my ID and I showed them my University ID as someone told me college students get a discount. They rejected and wanted to see my drivers license so I gave it to them and then asked to see my girlfriends which she had left at home. They told me the price and I informed them the price they gave of $6 was missing a ticket. They said they cant sell me two tickets as my girlfriend didn't have her ID. I asked them if they were serious to which they told me they could take her passport if she had it on her. Are you kidding me what makes you think she has her passport but not her ID and on top of that a F@#&^%$ passport to get into the movie theater. We pulled up her transcript and student information from the schools website in front of them as we did not have time to go 30 minutes back home. They then told us that we could've photoshop the transcript. Like yes we just created a fake URL attached to the schools website that took you to a photoshopped picture of her transcript. At that point why not deny me service as its possible my drivers license is also fake with my face photoshopped on it. Anyways we went back home and instead of paying $15 dollars plus tax I payed 4.99 for a peacock...

Had to remove my 6 year old from the premier of Beauty and the Beast due to an awful family behind us. They had two out of control children banging our seats with their boosters for over 45 minutes and had light up shoes that kept lighting the theatre up like a disco ball. The parents would loudly reprimand these children with zero effectiveness. The manager claimed that she had staff members walk in and monitor the theatre, but it's unlikely. Three families removed themselves from a premier, yet management couldn't locate the problem. After my family finally decided that enough was enough, the manager was quite rude and refused to refund us even after the entire situation was thoroughly explained and a refund was specifically requested. We were finally given passes, but what good are they if we have no intentions to return ever again. $32+ for a family of three to partially view a movie that we didn't get to enjoy, a complete headache from the unsupervised and topped with utter disrespect from...
