Which is why I was LIVID that two of your employees decide to perform a fire inspection at 0930 in the morning at my hotel. I get that your business needs to be efficient in order to make a profit, but a "no notice" knock on every door inspection at this time of day is either poorly thought out or selfishly planned in order to maximize "efficiency". I request that Ener-Tel pay for my hotel stay for today as the hotel was unable to renter THE ONE service they are required to give (a safe quiet place to sleep), and this was due to Ener-Tel's poorly thought out inspection process. I had a bad experience with an out of town company, but would much rather be dealing with them at this point. We bought all the equipment up front and were told we wouldn’t have a contract by the salesman. Boy aren’t we suckers.
