Don't let the three stars fool you. This place is excellent. Probably, without a doubt, the best tea place that I have ever been. I have tried several different flavors and have not found one yet that I haven't liked.
I have never had a problem with the staff. Everybody that works there is very professional and extreamly courteous. Some of the best people that I have met at a business.
So I know what you are asking. Why the three stars if this place is so good? It's the amount of time that it takes to actually get your tea. It's so bad that I felt that just deducting one star would be too light on them. I've literally had to wait in the drive through line 20 minutes with maybe 10 cars in front of me. I've even been there when times were so busy that a young woman was taking orders from a tablet, and even with all the advance notice from the tablet, I still had to wait a super long time to get to the window and when I finally did I again had to wait, and wait, and wait some more. I just can't fathom a place taking so long to fill a cup.
So there's my take. Again, this place is excellent. Best tea ever. If they ever figure our how to mass produce tea and get it out the door faster, then I'll bump up the star rating to 5 stars and change this review. Until then, three...
Read moreDislike "Hotel California" parking...meaning once you park and go in, the limited lot space means the drive thru wraps immediately behind the parked cars and you can't get out of the parking lot! Businesses really need to consider this before opening. This is not something to discover after your Grand Opening. Drive thru speed could stand improvement as well. Employees attempted conversation but it came across as disingenuous when a friendly question was asked, but my answer was totally ignored. It sounded scripted. A 44oz iced tea and a bag of chips was $7.45. Really? FYI - Tea has the lowest foodcost of any menu item and is therefore one of the most profitable items on the menu. If this is a franchise, I wouldn't...
Read moreI WANTED coconut tea and an horchata. What i got was a coconut tea, because even after repeating myself 3 times, they couldn't figure out what I wanted?? They just rang me up for the tea. Disappointing. Don't have something on your menu if you can't pronounce it or understand it's pronunciation. 05/06/25: Since this seems to be an ongoing problem, I will continue to update my review until I get a response or some reaction. I tried ordering the horchata iced coffee again, and for some reason when I got to the window it wasn't included in my total. Again. This time I corrected him and said I also had a coffee, because im sick of it, but we'll see how many times this happens! See you in the next update when I come...
