Attended the Spurs game on military night and was pleased that we were able to enter through a "VIP" entrance; which apparently was a new ticket item starting this season for military, veterans, and USAA members to be able to enter a door separate of other patrons. This was much appreciated as someone who has mobility issues and sometimes difficulty with standing longer periods. In my opinion it would be nice to have some "sponsored" sections on the lower levels for military night or when disabled/less-abled patrons are being recognized and/or prompted to be in attendance. I was fortunate to have been gifted tickets to the arena, but had difficulty in reaching the seats (Section 210, Row 6 for reference). Again, it was great to get out of the house and be able to attend, but I would have felt much safer as a disabled patron on a lower or more accessible area. Otherwise the night went off without a hitch and I am grateful to the Air Force Wounded Warrior Program for allotting me the...

Everyone knows or should know the main attraction at the AT&t Arena are the Spurs, and that is why I went. The arena is great. Prices are as expected. For the most part everything and everyone was great. I did have a problem with my seating and I did ask the female usher at my section. She was not very friendly nor accommodating. She said she would ask her boss and though she was within two yards of me the whole time she did not respond. I could have enjoyed the game a lot better had some accomodations been offered to me. I suffered a stroke two years ago and have made drastic improvement 7n my health. I did tell her but she said I should have told them when purchasing tickets yet when I did it was all automated. All in all the entertainment was great, all was great except that seating distraction. Yet 7 do not want to discourage anyone from having a great time. ...

WAS ENJOYING CHEAP TRICK - HEART CONCERT UNTIL 2 DRUNK KIDS ( EARLY 20S) WERE INSTRUCTED BY AN OLDER USHER TO "SIT THERE AND IF THEY DONT THEY ARE GONE". THEY WERE IN A ROW BEHIND ME AND MY WIFE. THEY BEGAN DANCING AND BEGAN FORCIBLY KICKING THE BACK OF MY CHAIR. I THEN GOT THEIR UNDIVIDED ATTENTION AND HAD THEM STOP. TALKED TO USHER JAVIER WHO THEN CONTACTED ANOTHER USHER. THEY WERE REMOVED THEN WERE RELOCATED BACK TO THE SAME SPOT. OTHER PATRONS WERE HAVIMG PROBS WITH THEM TOO. I TALKED TO HEAD USHER AND TOLD HIM TO REMOVE THEM OR IM GOING TO REMOVE THEM. THEY WERE REMOVED. THEY WERE RELOCATED NEAR THE ENTRANCE OF OUR SECTION AWAY FR US. THEY WERE DRUNK BUT USHERS FAILED TO SEE THAT THEIR SAFETY WAS IN JEOPARDY BUT CONTINUED TO HAVE THEM SIT IN OUR AREA ACTING STUPID. BOOK THEM FOR P.I. AND YOUR...

I was fortunate to accompany someone to the Frost Center for an event. The traffic control was easy and efficient. The SAPD directed cars entering and exiting (at the end). On-site parking staff were just as good to make the parking easy. Inside the center, there was sufficient staff to make sure the drink, food, seating, and restrooms were all taken care of and, again, were efficient. The staff was always professional and courteous. The event had two bands, the cover band Briscoe out of Austin and the main event, Zac Brown. Both did well and put on a good show. Based on this experience, I'm looking forward to my next time when I visit the Frost Center. I've added a few pictures of the inside arena, a video - before any bands took the stage, a panoramic view, and a picture of the band.

I hate this venue. Almost everything about it. The parking lots are terrible, the coordination and security is dangerous and poorly managed, and staff are woefully uninformed. One of the parking lots isn't even labeled. "Lot 'black box'". It's incredible people and vehicles aren't lost. Cramming several venues into one location, with such trash constructed parking lots, it's incredible that the interiors of Hall 1 and Hall 2 weren't in disrepair. I feel sorry for Spurs fans and anyone who has to come to this venue for any kind of event. It will take something significant for me to ever consider returning here, for any event.

Amazing place it's spacious for graduations. But it needs some special attention that's for sure. During the graduation session the roof started leaking from the rain in a few places. The cameras had to be covered with plastic so I'm sure there's no pictures or videos. My nephew was graduating that day and the seating situation was a big mess, everyone trying to avoid getting wet. So much confusion went on that we couldn't see the dancers. I just hope that beautiful building gets the attention it needs. It would be a disgrace to let it go.
