I normally dont write reviews, but i definitely want to warn others !!! BEWARE OF THIS VENUE, THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY . Although I will say the venue looks beautiful from videos, I don't actually know what it looks like in person. Owner Jadarius Gause is very pleasant until he his not . I spoke with MR.GAUSE about reserving a date in May and explained we would pay the deposit in two payments. Mr.Gause agreed and let us know that the date was not officially booked until the 2nd payment, completing the deposit, was made, and the contract was signed. He said he sent over the contract to be signed . The contract was not sent over until 8/28/24 after I requested a refund bc we are canceling the event . Mr.Gause stated that per contract, he would be keeping 500 out of 768 because the contract states that cancelation within 60 days is entitled to all money minus 500 . We are canceling events 9 months out and have only had event booked less than 2 weeks, and there is no signed contract. Mr.Gause is stating that he is not refunding me any money as I sent money over without a signed contract . All of these are through text messages. I even asked Mr.Gause if he would give us back 384 as that would be fair to both parties, and he refused and stated he would pray for my suitation and wasn't giving me any money back. Mr.Gause took the time to respond to this and stated he is refunding me 268, yet I have messaged him several times asking when I should expect my refund and have not gotten a response. Mr.Gause, I would appreciate it if you informed me of when and how I will receive my refund.As of 8/29/24 I have reached several more times asking when can i expect my refund and how will it be returned. Mr.Gause has completely stopped responding, although he responded to this review, saying he was giving me a refund. Pictures don't do this place justice! The venue is in a perfect location, easy to find with plenty of parking for your guests and with two convenient front parking spaces to unload and load for your event. It has a well-kept front lawn; we used it for a toddler inflatable and cornhole game. Inside the venue, you have the high ceilings and beautiful chandelier. The layout of this venue makes it perfect for eating/dancing space. All our guests had an amazing time! It comes with tables and chairs (with table covers) as well as table burners for food. I will say very little about the restrooms so you can find out for yourself when you visit.

A plus for me is the greenery wall that is set up upstairs with a chic couch. We did not have to get a photobooth or hire anyone for a balloon arch because this set up alone is beautiful for pictures. We were able to add some flowers and neon sign to make it go with our party theme. The venue is modern with easy-to-use remotes for fans and lights. I recently hosted an event at this incredible event space that exceeded all my expectations.
