This was the absolute worst place to have our event!! We had my daughter’s Quince at Le Rose. The Security Company they hired was HORRIBLE!! After all the planning and money spent making this happen, My husband and I couldn’t enjoy ourselves. All night long, and I’m not exaggerating by saying all night long, the security kept asking for my husband to come to the door. It all started with saying we were over the max limit allowed and they can shut down our event. When we asked how do they know we are over the limit, did they count how many people have entered? Security said no but there were too many people standing - didn’t make any sense since it was a Quince. Then I had to physically walk out guests to allow others to come in - 3 guests left, 3 others were allowed in.This was done over and over and over. They were calling my husband for things as there were kids waiting outside wanting to come in, there were too many people STANDING in the venue and WE needed to tell them to SIT DOWN, for US to tell the guests to move away from the ramp leading to dance floor, for US to tell the guest to move away from restroom area, for US to ask a certain guest to leave after they told the Security off because he was waiting outside.Security even told the DJ to turn the music down. Then the surprise dance was about to start, everyone stood up and some moved closer to dance floor of course wanting to see the dance, and yet again, my husband is being called to the door saying that HE needed to tell everyone to sit down. I went over to the front door and told Security IT’S THE SURPRISE DANCE, EVERYONE WANTS TOO SEE IT, and I walked away because I definitely wasn’t going to miss this for nonsense. Our event didn’t end until 1am, BUT they didn’t allow ANYONE in after 10pm.I went to ask Security to let some kids in and she said NO.. I told her that a lot of family have left so they should be allowed in and she said they aren’t allowing any one else in.. This was...
Read moreGreat venue with an awesome layout for all to enjoy any event comfortably. When you walk in the service bar and kitchen are placed to cater to anyone in any instance. Woman's restroom placed first, connected to the men's closest to dance floor. Last room on left is for bride, groom, band, DJ, minister to prepare with full service mirrors and lighting. Dance floor or (stage) is placed right by the rear entrance door for better accessibility. There is a ramp should you have a guest or family member in a wheelchair or difficulty in stepping up onto steps. The acoustics for sound are beyond top shelf for bands, DJ's or anyone who may be speaking or presenting. Of course, don't forget where you are! Lock your vehicles and property securely outside. However, the venue has plenty security patrolling the...
